I really liked that the hotel had a bar that served drinks from 3 to 5 and there was a bunch of lounging areas.

I didn't like that I booked a room with queen size bed supposedly but they were actually full size. The pool was not a heated pool. I also didn't like that the hotel charges 10 dollars per car per night and you're not even guaranteed a spot if you leave to the casino at night good luck trying to find a spot. I got lucky because I have a small car and I had to park in a spot that Im not even sure it was an actual spot

The property was nice and clean

I thought the room was overpriced for a one night stay in a basic room I think it needed another mirror other than the closet and bathroom. As a women, it was a little difficult to do makeup and hair while my husband occupied the bathroom. I had to wait for him to get ready before I could get ready. The mirror in the closet space didn’t have good lighting or an outlet to plug in hair tools

arrived at 3 to check in and was told they room wouldn't be ready till4..After i got upset, they found a room..I had a concert at 6 and needed to get ready..I found the bed very comfortable, but my husband didn't....We were very excited about the happy hour , but the drink and snack available were very limited and they didn't seem really organized with the happy hour, so we went elsewhere

Rooms very simple design but has all amenities for convenient overnight stay. Rooms immaculately clean and beds comfortable, Loved walk in shower and large LG TV and workout gym. Great to have underground parking. Great bar to have a snack and party.

Entrance to hotel confusing and not very inviting as it looks more like an office building than entrance to a hotel. Would have divided lobby from the bar and food area with a wall. Food smell permeates the entire lobby area.

The property was close to where we wanted to go which were a few of the Temecula wineries and downtown Temecula. The room and bathroom were clean and the amenities were in working order. The staff during check-in and check-out were courteous and helpful.

If I had to choose one thing it would be the price but I realize everything is going up in price these days. Other than that, there’s nothing for me to dislike about the property.

I enjoyed the overall ambiance of the facility. Everything appeared to be extremely new and clean. Tha staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful.

I believe the daily rate of the hotel was quite economical compared to other hotels in the area. However, I did not like the extra $100 fee being held for incidentals. Most hotels in the area do not charge this fee. This would be my reasons for perhaps booking with another hotel in the future.

The hotel is really new, so everything is spotless, fresh and modern. Good proximity to Temecula Main Street. Would recommend as good value for money.

A few errors with the bill, including a breakfast I didn’t have, and extra taxes/fees I had already paid via booking.com being added to the bill. All remedied by reception, but they won’t spot the errors as it sounds like they can’t easily see on their system when fees are already paid by booking.com, so you need to check your bill carefully.

The property was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! Location was good as well, it’s super close to the Old Town Temecula where shops and restaurants are located. Highly recommended!

A more visible sign like an arrow or a welcome sign/sign would be more helpful. It’s a little confusing where to enter and/or park because the property is next to another hotel… No big deal.. I figured it out :)

Very pleasant stay. Family wedding so we had a bunch of people staying there. The lobby is wonderful as it has a bar and plenty of tables and couches for people to sit. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended if you're in Temecula.

Loved everything about my stay, staff was friendly , room was very nice and clean and I loved the details in the room. Beds were very comfy.

Wish I had the chance to eat breakfast for free, for the price I paid for the hotel room, I think breakfast should’ve been included, front desk said I’ll have to pay extra for that that’s the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel
