Quiet, Comfortable room. Conveniently close to restaurants, shopping and within reasonable driving distance of Sequoia National Park. Easy to find location. Satellite TV would not connect to the service in room. Called desk for assistance. Building super arrived in a matter of minutes and reset the receiver and apologized for the inconvenience.

Regulating the room temperature was challenging. Was too warm most of the time. Had to shut off the thermostat so the room would be comfortably cool enough for sleeping. If left on the it would become too warm disturbing sleep or if the temperature were turned down too cool--air conditioning came on.

I loved the large walk-in shower, and the attention to little details, like the bench large enough for two large suitcases, hooks above for hats/coats, plus a closet.. The best was that there was easily accessible outlets and USB ports for charging devices on each side of the bed. Everything was clean, large enough to not feel cramped, and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too! Will definitely recommend to others.

The website showed turkey sausage available for breakfast, but they only had pork, and the tatertots were a bit overdone. Overall it was very good though. The A/C unit in the room worked well, but was a bit noisy.

Liked iron and ironing board (even though ironing board cover had big stains on it).The bed was very comfortable and linens were so soft. Even the pillows were great!-not to firm or soft..just perfect. Breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from. The check in lady was welcoming.

A few times in the middle of night was woken by weird sound which sounded like a knock on door or pipes making noise. All of the coffee pots were empty@8:45 AM. No one was around so had to walk to IHOP coffee shop close by. I could not get my AAA discount because I booked online. I should have called the hotel to book.

The stay, the staff, breakfast was phenomenal

The fact that my kids and I were sleeping and 2 maids just entered our room around 8 am. Closed the door then opened it again. That had woke me up. So I called the front desk asked what time was check out and they said 11 so I asked why did those 2 maids enter my room when check out was at 11am. She apologized but couldn't give me a reason. So I asked again then she said they were checking to see if I had did an early check out. She also stated that I should have put the sign in the door. Which was not an legitimate excuse for me because the front desk knows who does early check outs when you turn in the room keys and check out. This had really made me upset and felt like my kids and I wasn't safe.

We were in the area for the trophy cup race at thunderbowl raceway and unfortunately I came down with the flu on Friday evening and spent Saturday in bed except for going out for dinner in the evening so husband can eat. The bed was undoubtedly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Even better that my expensive sleep number bed

The parking was a little small in the well lit areas. We used IHOP parking one night

Liked the modern appliances in room, breakfast, courteous staff.

Second day morning trash was left in the room itself and was stinking. None of the towels were replaced. But after bringing this into front desk issues was immediately taken care. Overall liked the stay as room was either new or renovated with all new appliance and AC, microwave, refrigerator did not gave any hiccups or trouble.

Staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay there again. I, however, miss the waffle maker, which is no longer provided. Please bring it back. I would consider paying extra for it.

Even being on a Main Street it was wonderfully quiet. The blackout blinds worked perfectly.

The toilet was extremely low. I am short and it was low for me. My friend is tall, she lost her balance and almost fell while sitting down. She grabbed the towel bar as it was the only thing available, it came out of the wall. Thankfully she was not hurt. I highly suggest you place safety bars near the toilet.

The lighting was amazing, the room was comfortable the bed was plush, quiet, breakfast was decent. The staff was super friendly and kind. Check in and out were a breeze.

I didn't like that my stay was so short.

+ The bedsheets were ridiculously comfortable! + The location was perfect for us. It's 45 minute drive to the National Park

- The breakfast was a little on the cheap side but you get what you pay for. - The A/C was so loud!
