The bed was very comfortable with really nice Linens. The room was roomy with a couch sitting area, a desk and a king size bed. Each side of the bed had a easy to reach light switch off at night. The breakfast was delicious, I always love those waffles.

The only thing I didn't like was the dresser drawer slides open. When I first came in the room it was open. I closed it and then after a little bit it opened again. It wasn't a big hassle but this room really could fit three or four people and with three or four people the drawer hanging out would be kind of a problem because she's bump into it.

Check in person was the only friendly and accommodating staff member. Waffles at breakfast was a highlight. Decent selection of food offerings.

Elevator not working,TV & phone didn’t work (only tv was quickly fixed), because phone didn’t work we had to go up and down from the 3rd floor to resolve issues, ice machine on the floor I was on was empty so I had to walk downstairs for that too, jacuzzi was dirty so I didn’t use it. Staff unfriendly and seemed bothered.

We stayed on 2 separate visits. This stay was better than the first. The staff were very friendly and helpful with breakfast service, accommodating late check out, and providing extra pillows and towels. The price is reasonable. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit, warm and cold breakfast options.

The location is right next to the freeway so not ideal for a light sleeper

We liked everything about this place! The location is perfect! The rates were very fair. Free breakfast, hot tub, treadmill, and Dove bathroom goodies!! Also the front desk had a razor for me!! She even had toothbrushes with toothpaste already on them. And I really liked our staff! Corina was amazing!!

My room this time....the bed needs a better mattress and pillows.

Clean and the evening/night shift front desk people were very nice and accommodating. The day-shift manager was a monster, horribly rude to my wife and me!!!

The day-shift manager (I forgot her name) was very rude to my wife and me because of a mixup in the payment for our reservation. There was absolutely no reason for her to speak with such threatening bullying language!!! Please tell me how someone like her, having the worst customer service skills, become a manager at a hotel?? She is a disgusting mean person!!!

Booked on line gave me a price of no more than 142.00 when I checked in was charged on my debit card wasn't told how much it was or anything. . Notice I was charged 192.. If I would of know I would of question it cuz idk y it says one price on line and get charged different that's annoying

Great location near plenty of restaurants, close to the highway and major streets, yet tucked away at the end of a cul de sac. With the county fair happening, the hotel was booked solid. Yet the staff, and especially front desk manager Carina, were cool, smiling, and very helpful, even down to local food recommendations. Also, the coffee in the lobby was much better than the usual hotel coffee. My group already knows where we’re staying next time we’re in the area.

Highly recommend this hotel. The room was a bit compact but the layout worked really well and the bathroom was a good size. The bench under the window was a great place to put luggage. The bed was very comfy too. The staff are very friendly and professional. The location is good for the outlets, restaurants and Walmart.

Easy to locate. Great amount of parking.

The doors are very easy for little ones to open. Even when the lock is locked. Soon as you turn the knob your kids could escape very easily. Mine almost did a few times. Also, the floors were dirty like they were not mopped. Your socks turn brown.

I like the breakfast and on Saturday the front desk receptionist gave us extra time to get breakfast, she also recommended a nail solon. They were really clean rooms & I really appreciated the early check in on Saturday morning since we had a party to go to.

The painting on the room doors made it look older.
