Location was very convenient next to some fast food and gas which was welcome after a long drive, and it was also convenient to sightseeing in and around Mount Shasta. If you are looking at the price and the location and the photos and thinking ‘yeah this seems fine’ and the only thing holding you back is the star rating, go ahead and book it. It’s a perfectly reasonable place to sleep. I don’t know what’s up with the reviews, there’s nothing wrong with this place - it has the quality you would expect based on the photos and the price.

Good location, and beautiful grounds around the property. Room and linens were clean. Although this is an older property it has been well cared for. Good value for the money and will definitely stay again. I was afraid the freeway noise would be a problem, but once in room, there was no problem and I slept well.

Bed was a bit softer than I like, but all in all I have nothing bad or negative to say about this property.

Forgot there was breakfast, so went to Starbucks. Came back with cash that we didn't have to leave for a tip in the two rooms, then saw breakfast. No one was there, so we couldn't leave room cleaning tip -- sorry for that !

Their breakfast was a welcomed surprised. Many choices and freshly cooked eggs, and ripe fruit.

Some paint touch-ups are needed (perhaps in the midst of maintenance) overall, and we would definitely stay again.

Nice staff, clean rooms, beautiful view out the window, large variety for complimentary breakfast.

the shower is great other than the design of the bench seat, if the water hits it then it spills onto the floor and is a little annoying to clean up.

it's an old motel but just what I needed while passing thru. The staff was friendly and booking was easy. Booked early afternoon for late afternoon arrival. Continental Breakfast the next morning was just enough to get you out the door and Covid appropriate. Bagels, toast, cream cheese (all individually wrapped) fresh fruit, coffee. Not expected but wonderful addition for this economical night's lodging. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Great views of mount Shasta close up from the room, and view of surrounding peaks like mount Eddy from the property.

Really appreciated having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker! The landscaping was really beautiful and grounds so well cared for!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was adequate. During this pandemic, all hotels serve less than satisfactory breakfasts. So Sis Q is comfortable to more expensive hotels at the moment.

You can hear the people on the floor above when they walk around. However, it was quiet during the night and I did sleep well.
