Views of Mt. Shasta were amazing from our hotel balcony! Room was large and bathroom had 2 sinks. Easy to walk to town for dinner and shopping. Easy access to the I5 and gas station. Quality of the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Location was also close to the road to access Gumboot Lake! Loved the cabin/lodge feel to the main part of the hotel.
Property backs up to the I5, but there was an enclosed hallway so none of the rooms faced it - there was a buffer. Our pre-paid upgrade on Booking.com was not communicated to the hotel, so we had to prove it to get our room. Amazing view of Mt Shasta also overlooked the rooftop of the hotel. Restaurant staff severely understaffed. We had to wait to be seated and it was a long wait for our food - but the food was delicious! Seemed rather high priced.

The staff was kind and quickly responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy to access from the parking lot. Safe environment. Great location, including access to the ski resort.
One of the biggest factors we chose this hotel was the indoor swimming pool. My kids were looking forward to it mainly. The hot bathtub was really nice. However, the temperature of the main swimming pool was not as warm as expected. My kids still enjoyed it. But not very comfortable for adults, at least for me.

The location is superb! Literally right next to Mt Shasta, you can see them mountain from your room. The reception staff were great and helpful for all my tourist questions.
Ate at the hotel restaurant (largely because i arrived late and everything was shutting for the night). Ordered the mixed fried shrimp and fish with chips, really wish I hadnt. Sorry, but must rate as the worst meal ive had in years. (Batter was thick and chewy, fries were frozen and probably the fried fish and shrimp was as well...sorry but not good). Luckily the Black Bear Diner is literally just round the corner which is what I would recommend to people.

Desiree Crossetti is a young, professional woman who will go far in the service industry. We had a terrible night at our previous hotel, so much so we left a day early. We had no reservation at the Best Western Tree House for that night, but when Desiree heard about our poor experience, she moved into action. With a great smile and sincere desire to help us, she got us a wonderful room where we could catch up on our sleep, relax, and enjoy the spectacular view of Mount Shasta out our window. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you, Desiree! And to HR at Best Western--Desiree is a gem and will go far. She is upper management material. Don't lose her! The restaurant meals were terrific! It matched 4-star restaurants in Carmel, CA.
Price was a little high because the location was right near the freeway.

Mount Shasta is our very favorite. Destination we are still able to hike. And are astounded by the mountain. your hotel is wonderful for taking video even from the room..
The price of the switch was very high and I was disappointed that there was not a balcony.. Also, since we since we cannot open the wknows, they could have been cleaner on the outside..

The room was a very nice size and so well thought out for a family. We loved having a sink in both the bathroom and outside the bathroom. We loved having a sliding glass door leading out to a patio. The room was spotless and we liked the lodge type of decor which was fitting for the mountain location. Staff was nice and helpful. We wished there was a free breakfast though.
We loved the pool and hot tub and the fact it stayed open late. The mural in there was beautiful

The treehouse is a cool place with an old vibe in the quiet town of Mt shasta. I knowingly overpaid for the last room available, so wont complain about price. It was far more on your website of booking.com Twice as much actually as directly dealing with the hotel. But, they were full, and booking with booking.com was the only way to access that secret last room. It all worked out!

Beautiful location with view of Mt Shasta. Pretty lobby. Clean and spacious room. Guest laundry facilities was a welcome amenity. Didn't use pool but it looked nice.
For price I was surprised that breakfast was not included. A voucher for the restaurant on site would have been nice.

We drove from Los Angeles to Portland earlier this year and stopped to charge our car and have breakfast on the way up and dinner on the way down. We decided to stay at the hotel on our next trip. We will be doing that every time in the future. The location is amazing with a stunning view of Mt. Shasta. The restaurant is great and the staff is wonderful. Thank you!

Lovely room with a view of Mt. Shasta. Property was like a huge log cabin with lots of wood inside. Large indoor swimming pool. Walking distance to town.
Manager could have handled a situation we had better. This would have avoided us having to make a number of phone calls when we got back home to Canada to finally resolve the issue.
