North Bay Inn Santa Rosa

Very small mom and pops feel No Rif Raf I had a service dog they allowed to stay free of charge and a small yorkie that they added an additional 30$ per day to stay overall very friendly staff great location and Restaurants around town we had a great Anniversary. Would Definitely stay again no breakfast though and house cleaning was good.oh the showers were remodeled and Mirrors you could tell really nice.

The 30$ a day pet charge there was a mix up in booking it said I chose pet friendly and they're not

Clean with easy parking

At check in I was asked to pay a 100$ deposit I was unaware of. It was not a hold because my account was charged. I was told I would get it back, but I don’t understand why the charge went through immediately. I will be watching my account and hope the money goes back in. I would stay again as long as I get my money back quickly.

the room was larger than I expected and honestly nicer too. they had late night vacancy and we were able to check in pretty late. also over slept due to medications and ended up checking out almost 30 minutes late but the front counter waved me off when I tried apologising and said it was no problem.

the shower looked fancy and was nice, except the water pressure wasn’t great and the shower head itself wasn’t great. also the shower door wouldn’t stay closed. and it was a bit snug

Room was newly decorated, updated, new furniture, and very clean.

Details of the decorating weren't finished (no pictures on the walls, no knobs on the furniture drawers or hooks in the bathroom, etc.). Other guests lingering in the parking lot were noisy.

Bed was comfortable except....flat bottom sheet isn't tucked on top so bunched up under my back taking away from beds comfort. I could hear my neighbors at 5am like they were in the same room. TV very limited viewing. Needs better lighting. Vanity mirror has annoying light in eyes all night. Otherwise comparable to other stays I've had in Santa Rosa.

Very well maintained. Even the parking lot was freshly painted. Very comfortable.

Office was usually locked and unmanned. Not a major issue, but worth noting.

The property looks like it was recently updated. The room was immaculate and spacious with a contemporary style. There are a number of good eateries within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The lighting in the room was very harsh. All LED recessed down lights with no dimmers and a light up mirror over the sink that fries your retinas!

Modernized room, clean. Bed was comfortable.

The room had a table but no chairs to be able to sit at it. We asked at reception but they said there wasn’t any. Chairs to be able to sit outside would also be a nice addition.

Staff/owners very pleasant. The room was nice and clean. Appears to have recent updates. Very nice step in shower. Vanity mirror was great! Regular maid service was very nice. This is something that is not always available since pandemic started.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also super firm and not comfortable. Very low water pressure in the shower.

The rooms were nice and clean. I also liked that it wasn't carpeted and had hardwood flooring, it feels cleaner. The shower had a very pretty glass door. All in all a good stay.

My only complaint would be that he beds were very uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor, there was zero cushion. Other than that rooms are clean and tidy.
