The room was clean. The best part was the large shower with glass doors instead of the typical shower curtain. Better than average toiletries were provided. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast included hot options.

They need to upgrade their pillows. We were provided four on our king bed but they were all flat and not supportive. The room was at the end by the stairway. There was a lot of noise coming from the stairs and doors slamming at all hours of the night. The toilet had a very loud flush that was startling (almost like a loud vacuum flush).

Easy to get to, room was clean and comfortable, good breakfast. The room was very quiet, didn't hear noise from neighboring rooms or the floor above. As in most hotels, you do hear the inconsiderate guests who bellow down the halls, apparently forgetting, or not caring, where they are or who hears their conversations. Kudos to the management who were quick to stifle the annoying culprits.

The highway was really close to the hotel, so it was a little noisy. However, as long as you didn't open your window, the room was quite quiet.

The breakfast was excellent, a good diverse food and someone was there always checking to see if anything needed to be refilled. The location was great l, very close to the Peanuts museum. The pool was cold but it was nice to go in a dip. The staff was amazing! They were all very nice and helpful.

The only thing I can complain about is something the tv cable goes out.

the check in staff was very friendly.... our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and bathroom was super clean.

our first morning, i went down to get coffee and breakfast and they were out of coffee. i grabbed some coffee packs to take up to the room and this guy thats works there told me to put the packs back were i got them, they weren't for me to take and to wait for coffee. He got real mad and threw out bag breakfast at me which fell onto the ground and everything fell out.... as i was picking it up that guy kicked the apple and stepped on my breakfast sandwich...... i left real upset and mad.... i saw the same guy later that day as we were going to the pool and he just stared me down like he wanted to fight.....

Very clean & quiet. Good location.

Everything was good. Breakfast options were very good. Front desk staff could be a bit more friendly. Their customer service wasn’t really very welcoming. It’s a very nice & very clean hotel but it sure would make your stay even better if the staff would smile or at least welcome one.

Breakfast selections very good. More choices than expected. Bed was comfortable and room clean.

Keurig coffee machine in room did not work properly. Water came out cold. Bathroom very small and no counter space to place toiletries.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice and bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was good.

The swimming pool was not working. They did warn us about this ahead of time. And at the time that I book, I didn't think that we would care, as we seldom actually use a hotel pool anyway. But after a day of terrible heat and dust at the Sonoma Harvest Festival, we really missed having that pool for cooling off.

It was clean and pretty well appointed. Breakfast was included and it was easy to get to from the freeway, though that meant highway noise.

The breakfast area was too small. There was a large group of adults and teens at the hotel when I was there and it was very hard to get space at breakfast. And the highway noise.

Great employees, very clean. Bed could use a topper for a little more comfort. Noise from the highway was hard to deal with. I bought ear plugs. Generally I would love to stay here again. The manager and his staff are excellent. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked. Awesome breakfast!

The highway noise and the mattress was too firm for us.

Bedding and pillows were great, although comforter was too warm.

One reservation was cancelled that morning by your staff. I never cancelled. Through booking .com we found my paid reservation in the cancelled file at your establishment. Also, a rolling blackout happened the second evening, when we arrived back at the hotel about 6pm. We drove around the area until 8:3O p.m. This was not the hotel's fault.
