fabulous location outside of downtown Denver, amazing room, fabulous restaurant and menu, gorgeous decor

The scent in the lobby is overwhelming and the parking was minimal based on help we got front the checkin clerk. we arrived after valet had left.

Beautiful property. Staff was warm and welcoming.

The excellent restaurant was only available one day out of four, due to a malfunctioning walk in. Unreliable wifi was an annoyance.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The shower was spacious and felt very spa like. Both the restaurant staff and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was convenient and the food albeit a little pricey, was well prepared, delicious and worth the cost. I will be staying here in the future and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The best part was it really wasn’t any more expensive than other places that wouldn’t have come close to comparing.

Parking was a little hit and miss. There was a valet but they were never on duty at any of the times I needed to park. The staff was helpful however in finding me something close by and wanted to make sure my car would be in a safe environment.

Stayed here due to missing my United Airlines connection flight back home. Evidently, this has been an ongoing issue for the past few months with United Airlines. When I tried to book a hotel close to the airport on Towers Rd, everything was booked because of all the other travelers experiencing similar issues with delays and cancellations. After speaking with multiple hotels, I tried the Benson Hotel as a last resort and thankfully they still had rooms available! If I were ever to come back to Denver, this is the hotel I would stay at.

I liked all of it. The room was better than expected and the staff went above and beyond.

Excellent location, clean and new building! We were headed home from a long international flight. We did not make it our connecting flight and needed a place to shower, change, and get some peaceful and restful sleep. We arrived at midnight. Staff was helpful, cheerful and friendly. Our room was better than expected, it was clean, great and modern design and furnishings. The bed and duvet was heavenly, I slept so well. Too bad I only had one night. I'd definitely come back and stay longer. Highly recommended!

Didn't have breakfast. Dinner and lunch were decent. Very pricy, however.

Annoying bartender who wouldn't stop talking. Many of us like to wind down from stressful days of work. This guy was annoying as hell and would not stop talking with all of the people at the bar who clearly did not want to talk. I got up and moved over to the fireplace.

Absolutely stunning decor and it smelled so good!

The location. Once I told locals where we were staying they said it wasn’t a safe area. They roofed my point on the last night. At appx 12:15am I heard 7-8 gun shots. Makes me feel very uneasy considering we arrived our first night at 2:30am

Extremely clean room and hotel, great service, amazing room. Staff was awesome and extremely helpful! Love the vintage style theme of the Benson. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!!

Parking was slim and an extra cost but the quality of the hotel stay made up for it!!
