The owners were almost always on-site when needed, They were friendly & courteous to my wife & I. It seemed that all of the guests really enjoyed the facility, the breakfast & the quiet surroundings

This comment is NOT Towards Boulder Twin Lakes Inn, but Towards "Booking.com" ! During this IDENTICAL period, 05/23--05/27/2023, Booking.com Billed us for ANOTHER Hotel in the Boulder, Co area that we NEVER Booked, Never Confirmed & did NOT stay at during this period. Since I do NOT have a RESERVATION # OR a CONFIRMATION # for that OTHER Hotel, the Booking.com computer doesn't recognize my dispute. This is CRAZY!! Need this matter Resolved ASAP/ M.P. Sanders

Spacious room, spacious bed, decent bathroom and kitchenette, good value for money, nice view, peaceful location, friendly staff, adequate continental breakfast with good hard-boiled eggs, fresh coffee, plentiful free parking, easy check in and out process, well-functioning A/C window unit, no bad smells, and no bugs inside the room!

Old carpet, creaky sounds inside the room when people were walking around the surrounding hallways, paper thin walls, slightly old and shabby interior of the hotel and room although it added to the "quaint charm" of the place.

It's the 2nd time I give a 10. In plus 100 bookings. Not because this is the most luxurious place ever. But because this place and their owners are as integer and clean and shows humility as you can wish for.. Breakfast is sufficient. It's not overpriced, and it smells delicious when you enter your suite. They are good in what they do, and I just sensed that they consider it as their juwel where they need to take care for, such as It's guests

Nothing. Ok, the wheather, I was extremely unlucky with exceptional cold and snow in summer

We came to explore Boulder and this hotel is about a 15 minute drive away in a very pretty location. The owner was very nice and so were the people behind the desk. The washer and dryers on location were great to have. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good- they also had grab and go granola bars. And one of the best breweries in the US is close by- Avery brewing. There is a hot tub but we didnt use it.

We drove a lot back and forth to boulder area but the price made it worth it.

BIG suites. Nice continental breakfast. Kitchenette with lots of cabinets, fridge & microwave. Quiet area. Pretty grounds w/access to walking paths. Grill, gazebo, and tables to eat outside.

Older but nice facility. No sink in the bathroom of my room. Have to use the Kitchenette sink to brush your teeth. No dishes or silverware in the Kitchenette. Just a few disposable paper & plastic cups. Kind of a shame because it’s a nice feature. Having a kitchen.

Very quiet. Didn't even think there was anyone else staying in the hotel in fact. Room was large with a comfy sofa. Room was very dark and beds were comfortable. Just across the road is a running path that leads to the Twin Lakes which is a lovely place for a run or walk - dogs can go off leash within the fenced area around the lake. Area seemed very safe.

The only thing I could say I didn't like, and this is small, is I would have rather had real plates in the breakfast room, instead of paper plates. There was a decent continental breakfast and good coffee though, I just would rather drink from a mug than a styrofoam cup.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good

They monitor the TV volume.he didn't like that we needed it turned up..actually brought up a master remote and put it at a volume he thought was good and locked it..I'm paying for the room and don't appreciate being told how to watch the TV. We felt like we were being watched all the time..I would not stay there again

Friendly, family-owned hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean, and the room was spacious. Free breakfast was simple but good. We had a late arrival and the instructions for entry were easy to follow. Excellent value! I would stay there again if I were in the area.

There were only stairs to get the second floor. It was fine for us. But be sure to get a first floor room if stairs are a problem for you.

It was clean, right by the walking trails and a very short 5 minute walk to Avery Brewing. The person at the front desk was super nice, helpful, and gave us directions for the shortcut to walk to Avery. He was just the right amount of friendly and nice. The continental breakfast was small, but the options were good and fresh.

Nothing really. There was some road construction blocking one entrance, but that’s due to the city and will only be a temporary issue. It wasn’t a hassle at all.

Very affordable, nice room, got a decent breakfast and not too far from the centre of Boulder (by car). Staff extremely friendly and accommodating! The place is surrounded by green:)

Not a fan of the sink outside the bathroom. I understand it could be because of ADA rules, -we were in an accessible room - but still I wished the bathroom would have been designed differently to accommodate it inside.
