Bradley and his mom were amazing hosts. The location was outstanding - just steps to lively Pearl Street. And, the breakfast was simply wow - they call it a "light" breakfast so zI was expecting cereals and some sweets. No no no - those were there, but also two different delicious quiche? Wow!

If I have to be picky, maybe a few areas of the carpeting were getting a little dated. But really nothing to be concerned about. It was definitely on the pricier side.

The Bradley Boulder Inn is a tastefully designed and decorated Inn. Bedrooms are large and comfortable and the common room is just gorgeous. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and during the day some goodies and fruit are available. Personnel is friendly. The self-check in worked well. The Inn is right off Boulder's downtown Pearl Street and just a couple of blocks away from the car-free outdoor "Mall" section. This was my second stay there and I would most definitely visit again.

The Bradley is an independent hotel and the attention of the staff to ensuring that we enjoyed our stay was simply greater than we have ever experienced in personal or business travel. Every exchange with the staff was friendly, courteous and personal. All of the front of house staff took the trouble to know our names and to make sure that we were looked after at each stage, it was as if we were staying with family. Truly a welcome second to none. On top of extremely comfortable rooms there is a large open reception area that is stocked with games and other activities and the team provided drinks each evening, encouraging those guests that chose to mingle to enjoy one another’s company.

The location was ideal for our purposes. We had a little issue with our a/c unit and mgmt. moved us to a comparable room right away. Nice Breakfast spread, helpful staff

The price seemed a little high for the room. The kitchen area seemed a little unsanitary and messy. No fridge or microwave in the rooms ? The shared fridge was crowded and questionable.

The breakfast was good. The location was excellent, close to restaurants etc. And the staff were friendly and attentive

There were some hiccups. The first morning there was no hot water in the shower, but the staff repaired it and it was fine after that. And the AC remote had to be replaced as it was the wrong one, so the first night we couldn't operate it.

The location was ideal. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast was eclectic and all personal preferences were kindly met. The personal attention given by the staff was impressive and appreciated. The large lounge area was a big plus, particularly the snug seating in the library area. Computer and printing availability was useful.

Would have liked to see some cheeses at breakfast.

This charming inn in the heart of downtown Boulder is clean, comfortable, and meticulously maintained (full housekeeping service every day - hotels don't do that anymore). Breakfasts are sumptuous and the happy hours are bonus. Staff is solicitous and ready to take care of every need. It's not just a place to stay, it's a place to hang out.

We loved our stay at the Bradley Boulder Inn! Our room was spacious, quiet, with a lovely gas fireplace that was perfect on chilly nights. The lobby always has tea and coffee available which is nice. The location is phenomenal, walking distance to countless restaurants and attractions! Will definitely be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Boulder!

Everything honestly.. Right from the Entrance seating area, dining area and the cozy fireplace. The hosts Bradley and Evan were so warm and hospitable, it really was heartwarming. Would happily rate it 5 stars..

The owners and staff could not have been more accommodating, attentive and friendly. We enjoyed relaxing with afternoon wine/cheese in front of the fire and having a delicious healthy breakfast each day. The location is perfect....on a quiet side street just half a block walk from all the Pearl Street shops and restaurants. The inn was spotless and the decor was very inviting. It was perfect for our mini reunion. Thank you Brad!
