Clean, neat, decent price, nice room. Not very close to the city center, but if you drive that's not an issue.
The staff seemed enthusiastic and pleasant, but they seemed to be irritated when I asked simple questions about where to eat or do some grocery shopping. The Interaction maybe took two minutes, but I felt like I was inconveniencing them greatly.

Breakfast was great! The breakfast room had lots of windows.. we were thinking it would have been cool to build that breakfast area on the other side of the building so you could have an awesome view of the flatirons! :)

The breakfast was what I expect at a hotel. The breakfast room was a bit small but the breakfast attendant was very nice and friendly! The bed was super comfortable and, unlike so many hotels, it was very quiet and in a quiet neighborhood. Also, the hotel was the least expensive room (at least $100 cheaper) in Boulder.
We could have used some drinking glasses in our room. The room was a bit small but all we needed for a one night stay.

Staff were great. Room was nice. Bed was very comfy. Wifi was good. I've stayed locally in two other hotelstrying to save a few bucks and have regretted it both times.
Lots of breakfast options and a good dining area, but I didn't really care for the main items they served - trying to be fancy but would have been better off with simple eggs, bacon, and pastries.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I also noticed, the floors in the hall were extra cushioned, which was a welcome treat for my hiking feet!!

It was clean we were able to check in early and the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.
I didn't realize the homeless population in the area. Not a lot but more than expected.

Breakfast good.
Had reserved two queen beds was assigned to a room with one king. Staff offered to move us but we had hauled all our luggage to the room and were too tired to carry elsewhere
