$300/ night is a lot for this basic motel BUT it is on the low end of the market for the area during move in week at CU. the room and sheets were clean, staff was friendly , location was excellent. we were comfy there for 5 days

bathroom sink faucet ran only hot; the pool was murky, but i still swam everyday; a few ne’er do well looking “employees” on the property smoking made me nervous at first — like it was a residence hotel. but they were all so nice and friendly, i got over my snobbish nerves quickly.

Walking distance to the university of colorado, very helpful and nice staff, very good wifi, enabled my spouce to log into work. Large room with refrigerator and microwave.

There was a coffee machine in the room, but no kettle for hot water for tea. There were thermouses of hot (not boiling) water and coffee in the lobby, but that is not as nice as boiling water in your own room. We were there for 10 nights, our room was never made! The inn is on a main street. A few times we heard Emergency vehicles very loudly in the middle of the night.

The location is just two blocks from downtown, the room had a really comfortable king sized bed and had a small fridge, a microwave, direct tv with more than 80 channels, an ample closet with hangers ,a great shower with hot water and shampoo and soap and a hair dryer and plenty of towels, and the room was exceptionally clean. I was truly pleasantly surprised and told the owner, Samantha.

It was snowing and cold during one of my 3 days in Boulder but that is not, obviously, the hotels fault.

I would go as far to say that the staff was superior! They were exceedingly friendly, very helpful, and we had no complaints about them. One even gave my friend some bottled water, and was looking out for people's cars during the storm by warning residents of falling branches and even blocking them herself. By no means should she be expected to do that, but she did, and she's amazing for that!

Honestly I don't have much bad to say. There were rolling blackouts but that was because of the snowstorm going on at no fault of the facility or staff. We had a just fine stay and were delighted with our room.

The beds are comfortable, the showers are good and everything is super clean. They have fresh coffee in the lobby which is nice.

The clientele can be a little questionable (other guests). The early morning staff also a little questionable. I went to get coffee at 6:30 am the morning of my check out and the door was locked. I rang the bell twice before the employee came to the door. He was nice but I either woke him up or??? So no fresh coffee that morning. Maybe posting lobby hours would be helpful.

The hotel was very clean and the location was in a decent area for walking. The front desk was very helpful. Stephanie was a night desk and they didn't have the pop we drank so she ordered it and paid for it and had it delivered to our room. It was an emotional time because I was dropping my child off at college so it is the little things that matter.

The only thing that I didn't like is that there wasn't much parking up front but we figured it out.

The location cannot be beat! We walked everywhere . It’s so quick to walk to the main streets in Boulder. The beds were super comfortable and the service was friendly . I would Definitely stay here again . Please don’t miss the tea house or farmers market nearby! They are excellent too.

There was some road noise that we could hear. Boulder has many people begging or homeless camping nearby, and two men said profanities to us as we passed . We are not accustomed to this , so we were nervous about security at times as it was just me and my daughter and we walked everywhere

My daughter & I have stayed here multiple times in the past 3-4 years. It is not fancy, but very CLEAN & comfortable!! We are only using it to sleep in after all while we are visiting/skiing/sightseeing We feel safe there. We walk or use the bus as it is very centrally located. Bus system in Denver/Boulder is very good They had an issue with the big snow storm they had the day we left where there was no hot water (!) but the manager is already looking at compensating us a bit for the inconvenience.

Room was fine. Staff were very friendly. Location was good for me.

Internet was spotty - in fact, I never was able to get any internet. I traveled for pleasure but expected to be able to work from my hotel room, but was not able to do so at all. It had a significant impact on my expectations of the feasibility for future trips to that city.

the hotel was very convenient to the University of Colorado, shopping and many restaurants. The room was a decent size. Very clean. Super friendly staff and amazing shower. There was always complimentary hot coffee, hot water and plenty of varieties of tea in the lobby. I will stay here whenever I’m in Boulder visiting my University student. Also only a block and 1/2 from the airport RTD stop. very convenient. we did not need to rent a car.

Nothing.
