The location of the hotel was excellent, right in centre of town yet in a quiet lane. My one bedroom suite was immaculately clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, oven & hob. Smooth check in and check out.

Lady who checked me in seemed curt and cold. Disinterested to answer my queries. After reconfirming also, she wrongly charged my card - ie on checkout my card shows an authorisation charge + a room stay charge, the previous being still blocked even after 25 days. The aircon sound in the room was horrible with intermediate loud grunts - couldn't sleep both nights straightaway.

Breakfasts were fabulous. Just about anything you wanted was available for consumption. Ski equipment storage was very nice feature. Kitchen amenities were perfect for our needs. Beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were very nice. Close proximity to Breck Village ski school and ski lifts was a bonus. The Ukranian maintenance man was very helpful, very nice, very prompt, and very efficient in completing the minor maintenance issues we had (like us not knowing how to open the windows. It was a very simple process after he showed us).

Not having daily maid service was a little bit different for us. This trip is the first traveling we have completed since February of 2020 because of CoVid. Consequently, no daily maid service was something we were not used to. However, we recognize that this might be the standard of practice now during the CoVid era. If so, we can adapt.

2 bedroom suites were great. Very clean and spacious. Walk to everything downtown right from the hotel. Great view.

Typical hotel breakfast. Just OK.

Excellent breakfast with busy attendants keeping the area clean, stocked, and bused. Lobby and dining area were very pleasant with a fireplace. Outdoor area with firepit and grill. Covered parking as well as uncovered. Very small area for dogs. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Shampooed carpet. Noticed that when they clean the rooms they move the furniture out of the area to mop or vacuum ( vs. cleaning around it like most places). Extremely well managed. Hotel provides it own shuttle which was excellent for skiing. Runs about every 15ms.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The facility was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Our family really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The location was amazing...walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. Great place to stay and we plan to return.

staff was okay. front desk seemed to struggle with what seemed to be simple tasks (took 30 extra minutes checking out to remove a charge on my card that was incorrect)

we had a problem with our AC. we called the front desk; a gentleman came to our door within 10 minutes and fixed our problem. he was friendly and went the extra mile to help us. this was on Wed. August 10th around 7:00-8:00 pm.

The views were so stunning of the peaks outside where the swim facilities were. The heated pool and hot tub were perfectly sized, allowing for a more intimate experience. Room layout in the suite with the kitchenette was wonderful and allowed for privacy. Super helpful and friendly staff as well!

The breakfast was a letdown. A lot of covid procedures were still at play- however it was a lot of waste with containers for each individual item, and single use plastics. I would rather no breakfast than to see so much waste, especially in this town.

Clean rooms. I really liked how it had a full size refrigerator, stove stop, dishes, etc. (Lots of kitchen stuff). Free breakfast was nice and good. Staff was friendly enough. Free shuttle to peak 9 was great. Free parking as a guest.

The coffee machine in the room wasn't working but they have free coffee for breakfast. Walls are a little thin so if people are noisy you can hear it through the walls. Other than that, there wasn't much that we didn't like.
