Front desk staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the area, they suggested some great local things to do with our 2, 5, and 7 year old daughters! Dottie in the kitchen was our favorite! She made breakfast our favorite part of the hotel; our whole family loved her. She was so sweet and simply made our day. The pool was very clean and a perfect treat for the kiddos; the hot tub and sauna were a plus for mom and dad. Parking lot is well-lit, felt very safe and has plenty of space for travelers. Our room and bathroom were incredibly clean, the beds were very comfortable. All around a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were spacious and clean. I really liked the soap and shampoo. The water pressure in the shower was great. The cooling unit worked great. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't notice a lot of noise either. I would stay there again.

There was no "Do Not Disturb" placard for my door. When I asked for one at the desk, I was given a placard regarding what to do with towels. However, I was not disturbed.

The front desk staff was excellent. We had a few problems when we were there and they went out of their way to help us. They were friendly and efficient. It took very little time to check in and we were settled in quickly. Also, the breakfast hostesses were very helpful and they served things that my diabetic husband could eat--not just sweets!

The fan on our air conditioner would work sporadically or not at all. The front desk employees tried to help and put in a request for the maintenance staff to fix it. All he did was change the filters which did not fix the fan. The front desk staff again tried to fix it but they decided to put us in another room. Also, the commode in the first room rocked but we changed rooms before we could test it. In the second room, the coffee maker did not work at all. We told them about this but it was never replaced. I think the maintenance staff should pay more attention to the actual problem and not try to cut corners to fix things.

Great hotel, great breakfast, great staff. The room was nice and clean, close to restaurants and shopping. There is an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Would definatley book again.

The hot tub didn't work, but we didn't use any way, so I can't be disappointed in that.

The staff were the highlight of my visit, always happy and engaging, making me feel welcome. The hotel was very clean, quiet and accessible.

Static shocks on door handles, lift buttons and almost everything I touched. This did make me doubt if I will book this hotel again. The staff seem to suffer the same issue too, I expect the new carpet creates the static electricity which you earth every time you touch anything metal.

The off highway 50 location from the frontage road was easy, it was next to some convenient restaurants for early morning or late night travelers. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bedding was a plus for us.

The Hotel Breakfast was not appealing at all, who enjoys coffee that is made of syrup? All carbs... no proteins this was our only complaint here. They rent out for long stay families so expect some noise and distractions...

Everything was good the front lady was very nice professional and give all information we stay one night with our kids and have a great time a swimming pool and sleep great great breakfast and the lady on breakfast room ready nice also

I had a great experience here. I do not have any suggestions on how to improve at this time as our visit was quick and pleasant.

Good one night stay. Breakfast was really good. The lady who was running the breakfast area was very kind and helpful! Front desk staff was kind and courteous as well.

Rooms could be upgraded, but not that big of a deal. Also, out of the hotel’s control, there were a few loud guests near our room that were slamming doors and yelling. Other than that, it was really good!

Excellent breakfast offered and bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant to be around. Walk-in shower worked great. Toilet and shower were in a separate room with a door, with the sink area located in entrance hallway by the room door.

The room was designed for the handicapped with the large bathroom door sometimes interfering with the room door, especially when a luggage carrier was involved. We had to make sure the bathroom door was shut. The open front toilet seat was quite flimsy and the plastic hold down bolts were loose. I had to tighten them with a dime but the seat still twisted around when you sat on it. For some reason the carpeted floor was not level and there seemed to be a noticeable ramp up from the room to the entrance hall near the bathroom. Maybe this was an aid for the wheelchair customers?
