Good location, friendly check-in staff

No tissue in room, no plastic ice bucket liner in room, , no lids for coffee cups in lobby, broken ice maker on 1st floor

didnt try the breakfast.very clean.

didnt care for smoking within several feet (5 to 6) from exit doors.matter of fact a person was standing right in front entrance with door open smoking.i opt to exit south door and find two people there smoking ,and cigarette waste container a few feet from door.i could see people at other exit doors smoking. should be a designated area as some of the other hotels provide.

The location was very good. Convenient to all the tourist sights that the area offers.

The room didn’t have a clock or Kleenex. Not to be too picky, but I didn’t like how the bed was made up. It didn’t have a fitted sheet over the mattress and the cover was torn and didn’t fit properly. There were two top sheets

Always a great breakfast and clean. The rooms are comfortable and good lighting.

My check in this time was not the best. The girl up front on the 20th when we arrived was not friendly. Just handed me a key, gave me room number and that was it. When I went down about an hour later for wifi information she was NOWHERE to be found. I waited 10 minutes before she showed up.

Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and filling. Coffee was AMAZING.

Bed was uncomfortable and seem to be worn out. I have bad back issues and was not happy the next morning.

Loved the breakfast food, beds were very comfy

We wish we had been notified the pool was not in use prior to our stay. We wasted very limited packing space in our luggage (flew across country) for swimsuits for our very excited kids and we’re quite disappointed to arrive and find out it was closed.

The pool/hot tub, the staff, the food/breakfast was great, they have snacks and drinks available complimentary at check-in, and the room was comfortable!

The second bed had a center support foot missing so the bed sagged a bit, but when we reported it on check out they were going to immediately get it fixed.

The staff was so nice…at breakfast, they put on a kids’ show for our kids and went and made more scrambled eggs without milk because of the dairy allergy in our family.

Overall place was nice. Place was clean and good. For a small town it was good.

At last minute they shut pool down for repair. The pillow need replacing. Breakfast day 1 sausage under cooked. Key cards did not work everyday. 50 dollars each night a bit more than any other place for a deposit hold was more than all guest realized. Most asked questions. Complex also dose not answer emails you have to call.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good. A great variety of choices. Even had gluten free muffins for my daughter. The swimming pool was open for my granddaughter whose vision of "vacation" is going to a hotel and swimming in their pool. View of the mountains. We even saw deer out our window one morning. Overall, a very nice experience.
