Such a great stay we re-routed our weekend road trip to spend out second night there too! Convenient to I-25, almost ZERO road noise, rooms went completely dark after we covered the clock. The view and setting is amazing. Hot/cold Breakfast was plentiful, neat and tidy, dining area was spacious and quiet.

Danielle at the front desk is nothing short of excellent. She works very hard to provide the highest quality of customer service. she’s incredibly attentive to the needs of guests, has a very professional attitude, she is always courteous, always offering any additional help to my family, and is the sole reason my family and I decided to comeback after staying in early November of 2022 and interacting with her. As someone who has worked previously in the hotel industry I can assure you that she is the exact person I would want as a co-worker on staff and she deserves the highest of high recognition for her attitude and work ethic alone. I hope your ownership and management team knows how lucky you are to have her in customer service

Pros: Comfortable rooms, beds, pillows, and temperature. We appreciated the cleanliness and the amenities. I used the fitness room- and loved that it was available, just wish it wasn't a motion light, it kept timing out and going dark while I was on the elliptical, but that is minor. John at the front desk is just an awesome human being. He made us feel welcomed and happy after a long day of travel. He was always energetic and enthusiastic and it was contagious! Give him raise!

It was great that breakfast was offered. We found the biscuits and gravy to be good. The pancakes, the eggs, the bacon, the potatoes were all great options, but substandard. I am not complaining; it's a free breakfast, but truly barely edible. I did enjoy the raisin bran and the granola, the fresh fruit. I would prefer a less-sugar yogurt option. So breakfast was okay. Definitely still stay here. Also not necessarily a con, but a consideration, there were many families here with lots of kiddos. We love kiddos, but it made for noise in the halls, wet elevator floors, etc. If this bothers you, know before you go. It may be different at other times of the year, but summer break and lots of families because this is a great value and a great hotel for your stay!

Comfortable, clean room and nice breakfast. Location was nice too:) Do yourself a favor and get a mountain view room... you won't regret waking up to the view of Pikes Peak out your window.

Parking is a bit challenging. From what I understand, they share their parking area with the hotel next door.... it can get tight. On the positive side, the parking lot was well lit and, being the surrounding area was nice, I felt secure leaving my vehicle in the lot.

The rooms were well kept and clean. The lobby and breakfast room was clean and well kept. The water and infused water in the lobby was super refreshing. Loved having a laundry room and Ice! The stars were the staff! Every staff member was helpful. Whether it was borrowing a set of scissors or changing my reservation, they were amazing.

The gluten free options are basically thrown in with everything else. The thongs that were for the sausage had already been used for the biscuits, and they were in the same container (though separated). There were no gluten free bagels the first three mornings. There is also not a place to toast them because you can't use the same toaster as the regular breads. I'm glad that you try, but please try a little harder for us that actually get sick. The pool was dirty, grimy, and unclear. The spa was absolutely disgusting. I would suggest closing the pool and pool house to make repairs to the pool and facility (ceiling). The tiles are coming up and its a tripping/slipping hazard.

Family of 4 (2 young kids) enjoyed our stay here! Staff was very friendly and welcoming, loved how clean and up to date the hotel was. Breakfast was a great value. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, it was very clean. There was a lot of dogs staying there so its definitely pet friendly. There was a fridge and microwave so we saved money by storing some leftovers and snacks in the room with us. Recommend staying here with your family to enjoy Colorado Springs as its not too far from pikes Peak and Garden of the gods.

One of the beds felt like it was really sunken down...might need replacing soon.

The room was very clean, quiet. and spacious. Housekeeping staff always attentive on what we needed. Receptionist very friendly excellent customer service gave us all the details where everything was.

The bed was a little lumpy but still comfortable maybe getting worn out. I didn't try the breakfast the hours are too early for me, so I missed them. I think all hotels have them that early, but I think if you're on vacation why wake up early.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. I have never met a more friendly staff! The location was beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean!

The only complaint I have is that the pool and hot tub was not able to be used during our stay. We picked this hotel specifically for a pool and hot tub as we have kiddos who begged for that experience. I even called the day prior to arriving to make sure they were working and they were. Unfortunately, shortly after our arrival, something happened to where the pool and hot tub were no longer available. We were so very disappointed and had some sad kids.

The room was nice, clean, beds were nice. The staff was sweet and helpful from housekeeping to the front desk. The pancake maker was interesting and pancakes were yummy.

Breakfast was slow to put out new food, milk, crowded. The pool had a horrible, loud sound that gave me a headache while I was there. The ceiling was peeling and looked dirty. There were no towels to be had when we were swimming in the morning. They did bring a few towels after we asked.

Location. Room cleanliness and maintenance. Prompt check-in. The view, although you could see part of the mountains there was a hugh pine tree blocking our view of Pikes Peak. I did request a mountain view.

The bed pillows were awful. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were tasteless. The gravy was way too salty. I did not care for the coffee machine and the coffee was weak.
