I liked the entire stay. very pleasant, quiet , and accommodating . definitely stay again next time I come through Colorado springs.

the breakfast bar was a little small for the demands . often a line-in-wait for the main breakfast courses . to me it is no big deal as I am here on leisure but it is not the best way to start the day when surrounded by a bunch of demanding and irritable peoples that early in the morning.. my guess is that most of the people who were irritable and complaining about the no food situation are those who have ridden the coach line here to the facility and have no personal transportation by which they can go and buy breakfast somewhere else that'd be my guess? That said, there wasn't anything I did not like about the place I think it's a nicely ran clean and welcoming comforting environment to which II will definitely return.

I like that everywhere else I needed to be, it was close to. Extremely polite staff.

Wheelchair accessibility??? It was, but our room was just big enough for my husband to squeeze through. He had to move into a corner for me to get to the other side of the room. I had to turn on the shower for him because he couldn’t reach. Unfortunately, the battery to the pool lift was broken so we couldn’t go swimming. And there were stairs to the pool, I guess we were supposed to walk outside and around. Lastly, there were too many potholes on the ground.

well I had management knock at my door to tell me a person told them that the smell of marijuana was coming from my room. They gave me a warning. I did smoke outside so I probably did smell like it. I did not smoke in my room. So I did feel a certain way about that. Then after I get home I check my credit card and they charged me for linen!! I called and receptionist told me they do that if linen is damaged. I did not damage linen. I left a message for a manager to call me about this. I have not got a call yet. just kinda of weird stay, we travel a lot and I never had an experience like this.

The staff was so friendly and accomodating. We had a king-sized bed with a low-threshold shower. I appreciated having guest laundry facilities. In the morning we enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast with fresh bagels, cereal/oatmeal, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage. During breakfast I discovered my partner had a medical emergency, requiring us to rearrange the entire week's plans; the staff was very supportive and extended our stay by a night. I also appreciated getting the 10% discount at Outback!

while a little old, it was clean and comfortable. there was walking distance restaurants. the staff was welcoming and cordial. a nice end to a delayed flight and a drive from Denver late at night. Work area helped as well.

breakfast was Ok. the standard preprepared eggs, Pancake machine was also typical nothing special. shower had issue but use corrected quickly. window blind broken and AC a little noisy. Coffee was highlight!

Breakfast was better than a continental breakfast and it was varied each day. Pancakes were a bit small, but good.

We were not told that we needed to ask for housekeeping to come in and make the room each day. The first day we were there, they did; gave us fresh towels and flipped back the beds. The second day we needed them to and no one came. We had to have the front desk bring up towels that were clean and dry. If you want guests to reuse towels, make sure there is plenty of space for a family of 4 to hang up their towels to dry for the next day's use.

Clean and comfortable. Very close to a lot of amenities. Staff was also wonderful. After a long day of travel we arrived early. She was extremely helpful, had a different room ready and let us check in early. We truly appreciated that. Wish I could remember her name. A little customer service goes a long way. Thanks!!

What a lovely surprise this hotel was! We booked it last minute because we had a bad experience with another hotel in Fort Collins. We knew that as soon as we walked in, this hotel would be our favourite. Clean, amazing staff, quick check in and amenities were amazing! I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Jill and Jessica at the desk were great. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and dining room staff was very friendly. Everything was great. Word to the wise though beds were super comfy but high which might be a problem for some. Coffee on facility patio in morning with nice view of mountains. Really had a great stay. Good price on room.

Friend with knee problem had difficulty with her high bed.

The hotel was easy to get to; although a ways out, easy to get to attractions we wanted to see being right by I 25. Breakfast was good, convenient, easy to grab a quick bite before leaving hotel.

Pool was OK, but would have liked a hot tub--nice for a relaxing soak after long drive.
