I loved the location and the view of the mountains. We’ve stayed before and that’s a main reason we came back. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Good breakfast and nice pool and hot tub.

Room overall was clean on surface level, but every ledge or window seal had not been dusted in a long time causing nasty build up. Even dead bugs in the window seal. Also found a used bottle of lube in the night stand by the bed. As far as the pool goes there we’re kids in the hotel that would hit the emergency shut off to the hot tub every time they were down there which causes the hot tub to turn off and thus not being hot. Was not the staff’s fault, but still made the experience a little less enjoyable. Also had to go to another floor to find an ice machine which was inconvenient.

Breakfast was great. There were a lot of hot menu items - omelettes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pancakes etc. Food was fresh and good. There was also a nice quiet spacious seating area with a nice view. Room was clean and beds were soft and comfortable. I was on the main floor and didn’t have any problems with noise even though I was close to the lobby. Would definitely stay here again!

Shower head could have had a little more pressure.

The view was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was also in a pretty good location. Easy access to many places and restaurants. The 2 across the street were also discounted for hotel guests.

The bathroom was kind of dirty when we arrived as if it had just been picked up, but not swept or mopped. The pool while being decently sized could have been bigger. My family enjoyed it, but we were the only ones in the pool the times we went. If more guests had came it would have been pretty cramped. Also disappointed that the pool was not heated. First hotel I’ve stayed in which an indoor pool wasn’t. The pool did have a nice view of the mountains though and a patio for sunbathing or other activities which was nice.

Every staff member was very friendly. The desk clerk that ckd us in went above and beyond to provide us with the room of choice. Breakfast was so good. Building smelt and was very clean!

The ONLY thing I would suggest is a chair or 2 in the laundry room. I stood in there waiting for my clothes to wash/dry. Other than that minor thing EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TOP NOTCH!

hotel was close to the interstate making travel around Colorado Springs super easy. room was spacious with all the basics provided.

Parking lot was extremely tight. this was not overly vehicle friendly. Room could have been cleaned better. all major areas were properly cleaned but things like the vent in the bathroom and headboard was caked in dust.

The breakfast was great.

Parking was an issue a couple nights. Issues with toilet. Our room was missing window screens. Other rooms had screens and they could open their windows. Seems like a safety hazard too.

the location was great and our room was right by pool, weight room and laundry. Enjoyed everything except the pool was really cold.

breakfast was very sparse compared to other holiday inns. we stay at holiday inns quite often. this was th first we’ve been to that didn’t have many options. seating was awful too

Breakfast was good and it was wonderful to eat outside on the deck.

Just some noisy neighbors at 2 in the am. I remember being that age so didn't complain.

The breakfast area was great! It had booth/bench seating that accommodated our family. Location was easy to find.

The indoor pool was too cold for young children.
