Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms, hotel interior design, and location which is close to many attractions, restaurants, bars and grocery shops

BEWARE: There is literally no phone coverage in Frisco which has made it an attraction for thieves and hackers. They have created unsecure fake wifi names similar to the hotel wifi and xfinity which are accessible from the hotel rooms and once you connect to them will steal all your information including your credit card and bank accounts. I think this is a very serious issue that the hotel needs to mention to the guests. The hotel wifi information should be available in every room so that the guests don’t connect to these wifis by mistake. It was just written downstairs near the reception desk. Please warn your guests about this

CLEAN! So nice to stay at such a spotless hotel. Front desk attendant was very friendly. They offer fresh coffee and pastries in the morning and the coffee was strong just the way I like it.

Only complaint I have is since my cell phone signal was almost nonexistent, it would've been nice to have the hotel offer wifi. Another thing was the TV kept losing signal every 5 to 10 minutes consistently. Kept saying "device needs to update" this would last for couple minutes and signal would reconnect. So watching anything on TV would almost guarantee several instances of lost signal.

Easy to get to, quaint place to stay. Did not personally check in a friend did. Was able to get an iron to use and love that this was one of the only properties with 3 Queen size beds! Would stay there again great size room for a family! Had a power strip to accommodate phone, watch etc.

older rooms need updating, would have been nice to have fresh water dispenser, no light above the table in the middle of the room made it quite dark at night and difficult to plug in the iron to use had to do near bathroom sink.

Our stay was comfortable and the manager was very helpful. The room was quite large with two queen beds. We had been on the road for a while so we used the basement laundry, which was very clean and easy to use.

There really is no breakfast other than packaged Danish (ugh!) and coffee (good). Thankfully there were excellent breakfast places a short distance in town. The internet was unreliable in the room so I had to go down to the lobby to use my computer.

The New Summit Inn is a good choice for more affordable accommodations in pricey Summit County during ski season. It's basic but fine if you're on a budget. The woman at the reception desk was pleasant and efficient. Our room was extremely clean. The bed was not too comfortable—pretty hard—but it didn't keep us from getting a good night's sleep after a full day. Even though the property is located near I-70, the traffic noise was not bad. Plan to get breakfast elsewhere: the only food in the morning is mediocre coffee with creamer powder and plastic-packaged, processed pastries. We are repeat guests, however, as we are always looking for a way to stay near skiing without spending a fortune. Happy to have a few corners cut in order to get a good price for a clean and adequate stay.

More comfortable mattresses would be a plus.

Very good price and convenient location to go to Keystone, Breckenridge (15-20 min), Vail (35 min) and Beaver Creek (45 min). After skiing, lots of restaurants choices nearby including quaint Main Street in Frisco 1.1 miles away. The room was comfortable and very good value. The owner?/staff are very friendly, accommodating and easy to reach. Morning coffee and simple prepackaged danish/muffin are provided. We soaked in the indoor jacuzzi after skiing.

Great value, central location to ski resorts.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They recommended places to visit in the area, and offered us a longer stay than we originally booked for. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to shops and restaurants, a bike path to the marina, and White River national forest.

The facilities were a little old, but they seemed well-maintained and we didn’t have any problems with them.

Very clean hotel in the Frisco area, close to Breckenridge. Plenty of parking. We only stayed 1 night but we had a nice large and cozy room with a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. Check in process was very fast and so was check out.

What I didn't like was not the hotel's fault in any way. Just some noisy guests running down the corridors after 11:00pm.

The location is good. Close enough to everything we wanted to do, yet far enough off the path so it was quiet. We stay here a couple times a year and are always satisfied with our room.

As I Said we stay here a couple times a year and I have yet to be there when the hot tub or spa is actually working. It would be nice if the amenities were available after a hard day of skiing, hiking, or just walking around the town. Also, prices are going up everywhere, but I thought the stay was a little bit more than it should have been. Not enough to detract from us staying there again, but a working HOT TUB/SPA would be nice.

Location/ accessibility were great, the rooms were very nice and the facility was immaculate! The staff was magnificent. They couldn’t do enough for you! Guests are treated like family.

I would definitely consider staying there again- but I would request a first floor room. Climbing steps especially after a long day of skiing was a challenge.Lovely
