Excellent layout of the condo, convenient to the highway and close to all Nordic Ski Centers.

Directions to management office were not helpful. We finally had to ask at Keystone Lodge and one of their staff kindly directed us down the road. Unit was advertised as have laundry availability but manager had no clue and we finally gave up on the idea even though the building had a door labeled Laundry.

The check-in process was not what I expected. Did not receive any email or text providing details on where the check-in location is. Spent 30 minutes looking for where to check in. Once the information was provided, the gentleman at the counter could not provide me the proper directions to where my lodge was located. It was already late in the evening and the lack of directions just made it later. Once the lodge was located, the room number was another challenge. The room was 1490 which most people would assume that the room was located on the first floor but it wasn't and there weren't instructions letting me know that my room was on the second floor. Other than that, the room had a spectacular view, the kitchen, living room and bedroom exceeded expectations.

The check-in process described above. Better instructions would be greatly appreciated by out of town visitors. The staff should be well versed with providing instructions on the location of the lodge and provide better detailed information on what floor the room is located.

Excellent location and very spacious condo. Enjoyed the gas fireplace and the staff at the Keystone Lodge were very helpful.

The Plaza unit 1410 was a pain having to carry all our ski gear from the garage to the 3rd floor as there is no elevator. Also the food in the restaurant at the Lodge was a disappointment.

I booked two rooms here. Both were great, especially the 3 bedroom unit, and the location was amazing. The staff were polite, respectful, and accommodating. A few minor issues, but a great experience overall.

The bed in my unit was a bit uncomfortable and the fact that only one car was allowed in the garage for the 3-bedroom unit made things a bit difficult logistically.

I will say that we normally love staying here though and we did finally make it to the pool where there were some very sweet ladies who were kind as can be to us during our visit.

I normally have exceptional stays here but the internet wasn't working this time, I did not receive a packet explaining how to reserve pool time and had to call the office multiple times to get the staff member on-site late at night to give me the web address. He gave it to me wrong, which delayed things further, he became very annoyed with my calls and was rude to me even though it was his fault I had to call back. The room was smaller than normal and outdated. It ran out of hot water so I was having to heat water on the stove top to warm my son's bath up, pretty bad.

The location is amazing. One balcony just over the lake and the other just over the river. The apartment was nicely decorated and with a lot of room. We ended up spending the day there. The spa was nice too.

The gondola price was very high and there was no much to do on the mountain except for biking which we did not. The food options in the resort were not great. We ended up buying groceries and cooking, which was fine.

We loved the loft and fireplace. There was enough space for my family to spread out.

The beds were uncomfortable and the heat worked sporadically. It was either 90° in the condo and stifling or freezing cold. There was mold in the bathrooms.

Rooms was nice. Bedding was comfortable. Kitchenette was adequately equipped. Ski lockers were easily accessible. Room overall was very clean. Staff at accommodations desk were easily available and responded promptly when we encountered difficulties with TV and WiFi access.

Signage and directions to the buildings could be improved. The map of the overall Keystone complex could include the shops and restaurants located in the village . This would be helpful when guests are trying to locate a restaurant for either dine in of curb side pick up.

We were close to everything in the lakeside village which was super convenient and the shuttle was easily accessed to go to and from destinations.

The only complaint was that the heat seemed to be on in the entire building and the hallways were over 80 degrees (could see on the thermostat)

The Check in is on the other side of the road While the navigation send you direct to the apartments. Not clear where to go on arrival.
