An absolutely beautiful location. It's the off season and although there weren't many places open, we really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful everything was. The front desk was incredibly helpful and our room was very clean. There are plenty of dining options to choose from as well. The pool and hot tub were my 7 year olds favorite part. Everyone was kind, everywhere was clean and it was just a great trip overall.

There was a barking dog nearby our room that made it tough for us to fall asleep one night. It was pretty loud. I know it's a pet friendly hotel, but dogs should be kept quiet at night.

Room with balcony was very nice and comfortable, really enjoyed the spa amenities, massage, warm pool and hot tub. Hotel is convenient to park, and shuttle transport to ski area and around village is very nice.

There were limited restaurant hours and options on the property but pizza place on the lakeside was good and deli was good for quick breakfast.

Really great place to stay for a comfortable ski weekend. Going to the hot tub and sauna after a day on the slopes was something we looked forward to. Having drinks in the lounge was nice. And they are very dog friendly!

Because we brought a dog, they refused to clean our room during our stay (we just wanted new sheets and some vacuuming) without a separate cleaning fee, and this place wasn't exactly cheap.

We had such a great time, for just one night it left a lasting impact and our son is already excited to come back. The sauna, steam room, pool, fruit infused water, the s’mores pie - we loved so much about our stay!

The room did get really hot at night even with the fan & windows open … that would be our only complaint.

Checking in and valet survice was great. Also, the food in the area was great along with people in the area willing to give advice.

Everything was what I expected except the few problems at the room.

Everything was perfect! The staff was wonderful, friendly, and when they found out it was our 34th wedding anniversary, they gave us a complimentary bottle of white wine. We were traveling with our dog, Zoe, and the desk staff couldn't have been more friendly to her. Our room had a large grassy expanse right outside the door of our room, too, that made it perfect for those traveling with dogs.

The only improvement I could suggest is there were many guests without their dogs on leashes, which made it awkward to time going outside. A leash law should be enforced for guests.

Location was good. Spent time in the bar area. The waitress was very good.

Should have booked direct. Booking.com not easy to work with. Distance to room was too far from entrance. Room was hot.

The heated pool was amazing as well as the jacuzzi/spa. The lake was very nice to walk around (rarely find lakes that have a path all the way around). Also, nice cafe on the lake as well! The views were beautiful! My friends referred this spot to me and I would refer others as well! Thanks!

Great location and nice rooms. Great value and the front desk staff was even greater! We will return...
