The location near the town center of Winter Park suited my needs (this was fall, not ski season, a time when the hotel's proximity to the ski area would be quite useful). The room was comfortable and adequate. Not much of a view from my northside window. Breakfast might have been good, but there was a problem with delivery of enough food, so I was not served; however, the hotel more than adequately made up for this - I appreciated their making things more than right. I mainly came to enjoy a drive on some of the backroads in the area so I could see the beautiful aspen in their fall colors, and I'll attach a photo from my drive.

the staff was amazing, costumer service was 10/10. location was also perfect for my specific travel (we were skiing) because it is across the street from base of winter park. the bartenders were also 15/10 great quality people and drinks!!

it was super outdated and the rooms specifically didn’t seem clean… there was a few gross stains on the comforter

Thank you very much for using compostable material. Cups etc. were not styrophome but eco friendly products. I mostly appreciated this. The staff was hard working and friendly. The location was excellent. We skid in Mary Jane and it was great.

I think that it was as good as could be expected for the price and location.

i asked the front desk staff about the best places to park at the ski hill and he responded like he didn’t know there was a ski hill. seemed weird to not know or have an opinion on something like that. pillows were a bit lacking.

This part of winter park the quintessential 1980s ski Trip. Good facilities, Incredibly friendly and down to earth mountain staff.

The chlorine levels in the pool and hot tubs were dangerously high. The free breakfast was the worst breakfast I've ever had at any hotel, motel or hostel. Obscenely bad breakfast.

We were upgraded to a suite with an adjoining room. The staff was awesome and very friendly . The hotel is a bit outdated but still very nice,

Just like the pictures represented. Lots of space. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and quiet. Front desk personnel were there late and were very helpful. Breakfast options were kept at a good temperature and you could bring the food to your room.

Very difficult to find a parking space after dark. Cleaning crew were a little noisy in the back when dumping trash. A little dated, but really nothing to complain about if it is clean, in my opinion!

Views from room of mountain were beautiful. Breakfast (included in our package) was a good variety of choices. Pretty views from the restaurant also.

Bathroom could use updating, but it was clean and functional.

Super friendly staffs! The check-in and out process was so quick. Our room and property was extremely clean. Got snowed in and they provide shovels for guests to use. The view out of our hotel room was amazing- we got to see people tubing and the Mary Jane lifts.

Clean, affordable, great location, great service… all I need or want for my business trip. And if it were for pleasure, I would have liked it as much as well.

Nothing I didn’t like - all was good !
