Clean, comfortable. good breakfast.

The only hiccup is when I contacted the property through Booking.com to request first floor rooms if possible, I was messaged back and told we had ground floor rooms. When we got there, the front desk lady said she had put us on the first floor but someone had take. those rooms and moved us and she didn’t know who did it. It would have been fine if they hadn’t told us we had first floor rooms to begin with. That didn’t set well with me. Then they told us to drive around to the back side of the hotel and go through another door to our rooms but failed to tell us there were no luggage buggies back there nor did they send one. Everything other than this incident was great.

The water pressure in your shower was awesome. I enjoyed the firmness of the bed and appreciate your staff bringing me a shower chair. However, the water went everywhere. Because of gait issues wet floors are very hard to navigate. Poor shower design. The person that checked us in was Awesome!

Breakfast hostesses seem very focused on getting your breakfast tickets and not necessarily greeting hotel guests. Not a good morning can I get your tickets. Right to the point...I need your breakfast tickets.... um...good morning to you too. More focus should have been put on making sure breakfast items were stocked.

The hotel is clean and well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast is on the better side of average for a hotel breakfast, the area is clean and well monitored.

There is only one real complaint. I booked 1 month ahead on Booking.com for a King Bed room. Upon my arrival I was told all King and 2 x Queen rooms were taken, and I was only offered a 2 x Double room. The staff was not even remotely apologetic, and I was required to pay the same rate as set for my King bed reservation. Further, they claimed that my reservation said that I wanted a 2 x Double pet friendly room which wasn't possible. Somebody pulled a bait and switch and I don't know if it is Booking.com or the Clarion hotel staff. In the end, the room was clean and comfortable, but there should have been some kind of adjustment for the forced switch.

The hotel lived up to what was advertised, the breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices to suit most everyone. Room was clean and well appointed, and the area felt safe, parking lot was well lit.

Being picky, I was riding a motorcycle and there was quite a storm. I asked if I. could leave my bike parked under their covered entry area, well off to the side and out of the way. They turned this down, which is not a big deal, some places allow this, some don't and this would not affect my choosing to stay here again...just nice to experience "going the extra mile" when it happens.

We loved pretty much everything about the trip the rooms were great the pools were relaxing

Well, no one bothered to tell us about the extra 300 dollar deposit we needed to put down just because we are locals until the day of payment! We were also told that the breakfast offered celiac friendly foods, however after talking with the breakfast staff nothing is actually celiac friendly because it's all prepared on the same surface! Like that's a good way to cause some severe health issues, lying about having celiac food. There was also something that looked like poo on one of the hand towels in our room.

The staff was amazing. They were helpful and polite. The location, even though small, had a lot to offer.

The hot tub was freezing and had a disgusting amount of hair in it. There was also hair on my sheet, which made me wonder if they were clean. The beds were super uncomfortable and flat. I woke up with my back hurting.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. A comfortable bed and bedding. Very nice staff. They are always friendly and helpful to answer questions and offer assistance. The housekeeping staff gave us what we needed and let us have privacy.

The internet at times was bogged down. It disconnected sometimes during the busiest times. The rooms are older and the bathroom shows a little wear and tear. Some little ants were on the floor of the bathroom.

Best breakfast we had on our travels, clean nice room overall a good place to stay. Front dest people were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Huge Hotel almost confusing, easy access to highway. Recommend for moderate price place to stay. I wish we had time to enjoy the pool and hot tub, very well done.

It's getting a to a point that some updates are needed. This could be a great Hotel with some TLC, nearly there. Keep after it.

Close to the interstate. Had everything nearby and close to downtown area for food and wine country, and the national monument

The property was very outdated. Small changes like a new shower head that wasn’t crusted over would make a world of a difference.

The staff made check in easy, specifically for our late check in. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well.

Breakfast was ok, but biscuits were dry. It was a nice place to eat and clean but the food wasn't great.
