Comfort Inn Grand Junction I-70

The staff was kind and accommodating. The rooms were very quiet so sound quality seems good. The location was great for our purposes.

The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable and a few of the blankets had small stains that appeared to have been blood spots, like someone knicked themselves shaving and then sat on the bed. The free breakfast wasn't great, the waffle batter machine broke when I was trying to pour the batter out, nozzle popped right off. The attendant said it happened all the time.

We stayed in 7 hotels so far on our way to and from Arizona. This hotel was the best so far. Our king suite was spacious with a large hot tub in the room in addition to a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable plus the room had blackout shades so light didn't come pouring into the room all night like some of the other hotels that we stayed at. The breakfast was excellent. There were only 2 hot items but they were great. The cheese omelet was fantastic as was the Canadian bacon. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The beds at this location are so comfortable. The bedding is soft and inviting. The breakfast is fantastic- good selection of items and a good amount of seating.

The property has some blemishes- all cosmetic. Damaged doors, dings in walls. The seats in the breakfast area aren't the best. The pool still isn't open- I visited in April and it was closed then for the same reasons. Very disappointing.

I loved the cleanliness of the room, and over all hotel! I loved how friendly every one was and how fast they got to ur needs! Like for instance my coffee pot was dirty and they got me a brand new one with in five minutes! They asked if I’d like my sheets replaced or hold off being I was staying more then one night, they replaced everything we used the first night as well They always welcomed us back any time we came back the breakfast was great n the lady working it always greeted us asked if we needed help and I have 3 kids and she always bring them color pages and crayons every morning! The manager was great very professional! Very friendly answered any questions or concerns I had! The pool and spa was down when I stayed but happy that it’s being repainted n up today so once that is done the hotel will be top notch n kids n family will enjoy it even more! My mother had got a room in the ramanda next door and was very upset with her stay and this hotel will also be her main stay when traveling to grand junction because of how well they took care of my and my kiddos! This will be my main stay when going back to my home town! All around best service I’ve had at any hotel!!!!

It was clean and comfortable. It was very close to everything we wanted to do, and the staff helped direct us.

We received a message saying we could check in early if the room was ready, but when we got there, we were told that only applied during the off-season. Also, they ran out of coffee during early breakfast along with the orange juice, and no one was checking on it.

The hotel is conveniently located in a safe, quiet area and is well maintained. We needed to use the guest laundry and everything worked! Free tea/coffee and juice during the day was much appreciated. Beds were very comfy. Staff were all pleasant and did their utmost to make our stay a success.

The bathroom was snug. Definitely only one person at a time but that’s not a problem.

The staff was super FRIENDLY and WELCOMING. The beds were comfortable. The price was very reasonable. Breakfast was good.The ac/heater fan was quiet and had a “constant fan” option. But best of all, the room was CLEAN! No dog hair! The front desk lady told me they have designated pet rooms and they only put you in one if you have a pet with you. I really appreciate that, as I don’t appreciate pet hair and my son has allergies to it. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this place to other travelers.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Decently clean, friendly staff, the room was spacious, and a decent hot breakfast (cheese omelet and bacon), decent TV channels, free parking and wifi, next to Wendy’s and near a gas station, and even self serve laundry machines.

Creeky hallway, cool 2 in 1 tool for shampoo and conditioner but empty, and the front entrance sliding doors can be labels better.

The woman at the front desk on Monday morning was kind, open and helpful. Her son is autistic and she was offering autism stickers if someone wanted one. I love that she was able to share something personal with hotel customers. I am a teacher and appreciated her personableness.

It was so comfy when we arrived at almost midnight and we were exhausted. Nothing was bad at all.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. We slept very well and wished we could stay here longer! The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. They even helped us carry our stuff up and down the stairs while the elevator was out. Shout out to Elizabeth and the man who helped us out (I wish I could remember your name-you had tattoos-because we really appreciated you.)
