very clean and the location is great. it is right behind The Boondocks which is perfect for family, and near many restaurants.
Breakfast was pretty expensive considering we had our 3 kids. I’m not sure where the 2 kids eat free deal was because we didn’t get that at the restaurant.

Tamara was great, we had a hiccupp.getting into our room but she was so amazing. And communicated well with us and got us in. Thr room itself was amazing. Perfect for our wedding nivbg
The door wasn't working so it took about a half hour before we could get into the room, but once that was figured out everything was excellent.

The hot tub and swimming pool was nice. Free coffee in lobby was nice while waiting for my family to wake up. Staff was nice.
Breakfast wasn't that good. Daughters pancakes were raw, they said the batter was just that way. They didn't charge us for them. The restaurant was closed all the days but 1 due to holiday or staffing. Room had stains on the carpet by doorway and room coffee machine didn't work.

no microwave in the room, very poor quality of tv( screen was so dark you could barely see it, wasn’t able to adjust the brightness). No free continental breakfast on the property which most of the other hotels normally provide.

The staff was wonderful. It seemed every time we came back to the hotel, we had issues (personal issues, not the hotel). Always the staff was eager to help. They would bring us what we needed. We came in late bringing a rescue dog (last minute transport). They made that dog welcomed. We broke a hand mirror in our room... broom & dust pan to the rescue. We needed extra towels...done. I needed paper to make an envelope...computer paper. They helped in every way. Thanks!
Bushes next to the 1st disability parking slot. If you parked there you couldn't get out of your car.

Mistakes in all reservations. The staff didn't communicate with the others. Took too long to get us checked in. For the price, that is not acceptable
