When we first got to the hotel, we ran into a little situation, and she was able to help me and my son book our stay. Jonally, you are awesome from the front desk desk to the girls who clean the room. You all are amazing. Thank you again. I would recommend Baymont at Pueblo to anyone. Also, people may be bothered with the train, but I actually think it kinda cool. Especially if you have kids, they would enjoy seeing the train run. I think it's a neat little attraction to the hotel, actually.

It was a regular hotel stay nothing to fancy decent.

Permitted pets at a reasonable extra charge. Felt safe n staff was very helpful. Didn’t like the first room ( could smell cigarette smoke) the desk clerk found us another very nice room. We were pleaded with the new room.

We didn’t like having to show our drivers licenses of both adult’s. We’re in are 70s. They they made copies of our licenses. it was late in the day n really no time find another hotel or I would have. Driver license list our personal info and I don’t feel hotels should making copies of everyone license. I’ve been asked to show my license before but this is first it’s photograph.

Very nice facilities. Very clean. Nice bed, nice pillows, clean bathroom, plenty of towels and toilet paper. Good AC.

There was a need for a dog potty grassy area. They don’t really have one. Also, they need to let you know BEFORE YOU BOOK that they don’t accept dogs over 25 pounds. Being “pet friendly” to me means all size dogs. But this is not the case here at this hotel. Now I will know in the future.

it was quiet, bed was comfortable, and clean

the only thing was the hallway and room smelled like Pot and it was non smoking room

The hotel is pet friendly and the rooms were clean and non-smoking. The location was convenient for us. The shower in our room was great!

The area for pets was on the end of the hotel and had concrete and asphalt to walk on before reaching the grass. I carried my dog because the pavement was hot...which was inconvenient. It would help the outdoor time if they sprayed for mosquitoes.

This hotel is near to CSU-Pueblo where I was attending homecoming events. The drive to events was less than 5 minutes. It is convenient also to I-25 for trips to downtown Pueblo.

It's convenience to highways also results in some road noise early in the morning and in the early evening. It's not too distracting and should be expected. Out of town visitors attending the homecoming football game and staying overnight were loud at times - also to be expected.0

The room was very clean and had good space. It met my needs very well. The included breakfast was very good and met my needs and was very convenient. The price was attractive and I considered it a very good value. The location was near a number of restaurants.

After arrival, I extended my stay by a day but the person at the desk did not manage the computer system work properly and this resulted in avoidable extra work on the part of the next day's staff and personal interruptions.

Easy on and off the freeway. Although the facility is dated in decor, it was very clean both in the public and private spaces. However, the hallway and room carpet seriously needs replacing with brighter colors. The pool/spa area was quite nice but again, a bit dated.

As we travel across the country, every hotel offers breakfast but only providing paper/styro plates and bowls with plastic flatware. My husband and I hate eating off plate and plastic (except at a picnic), plus it's such a huge environmental waste. The paper/plastic lobby must be really strong for these hotel chains. Is it so hard to provide china plates/bowls and metal flatware? This would be a huge improvement, not just for this particular hotel but all the hotels along the way in America. This is not something you see in Europe or Australia/New Zealand and I hope it changes soon.

The room was comfortable and well designed. The pool and hot tub, small but clean. Breakfast was nice, we especially appreciated the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches.

The front desk staff was not helpful, we were told we could not bring our grandson to the hotel because he was a resident. They were not willing to change our room to a double to add a child to our room.

Bed was extremely comfortable 😌, staff was pleasant, liked that locals weren't aloud to stay there, liked that the entire hotel was smoke free & sacked breakfast was better than other hotels we've stayed in

Coffee pot was not cleaned, sink was dirty, hallway smelt of Marijuana & no bag for ice
