Location is great, to the right from the exit, and first left behind the Chipotle restaurant. Quiet even though it was very busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were clean. There were 2 chairs to sit on which was great for the two of us, and a square ottoman. 2 luggage racks, one the usual folding one, the other a low drawer cabinet, 2 drawer cabinets -I mean a lot of storage. Pool and hot tub were great and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, staff replenished items as they ran out - there were a lot of travelers there.

Friendly staff, clean room and good coffee in the lobby! We were in town for a hockey tournament. Everyone else stayed at a different hotel and was complaining about the quality. Not me!! I was bragging about how great this hotel was!

You advertise keeping families together. I reserve two rooms and one was at one end of the hall and one at the other at the same floor. At check in I asked to keep our rooms close together. My request was ignored.

The breakfast was really good. Rooms were spacy and very clean. Staff was friendly. There were lots of free parking spots. Everything was perfect. Probably I can stay there again and I recommend there.

The pool was so crowded, so we couldn't use it. It was open from 9am to 9pm but it was always full of people and children. Also, there was a homeless-looking man in the business room who is using the room for hours, and we couldn't use business room.

The downstairs breakfast seating area was warm and comfortable. The food area was very clean and well stocked. Love the oatmeal.

Rm 305. My room decor was not updated as in other Hamptons, but it was adequate. The shower curtain rod is angled so that the curtain falls into the center when showering.

Front desk staff and cleaning staff were all helpful and pleasant.

The breakfast is just horrible. Lots of unhealthy products and everything smothered with cheese or meat. When they served plain scrambled eggs, they tasted like rubber. Coffee was weak. Went to Starbucks daily.

our room smelled like wet dog. We sprayed the room with air freshener, courtesy of the front desk, which did help a lot.

I didn't like the bag breakfast terrible menu and with the vaccine out now you should be doing hot buffet again, at least have someone serve the breakfast buffet style. Plus the night clerk was terrible he had his ear buds in as I talked to him and I could tell he didn't care about his job or what I was saying, and he didn't put my breakfast order in for me and my husband, I filled it out right in front of him and handed them right over to him. I suggest retraining him, just because when people drop 160 in one night the service should be better!
