It’s the fifth time we visit. We like the area. Rooms are spotless and have a pretty good size. Beds are super comfy. Common areas and gardens are perfectly cared for.

We go every year, since 4 years ago, we really like it. The rooms have been improved, they are comfortable and super clean. The gardens also. But, the pool, the most important thing for us needs a bit of love (except for the sorrounding grass field, which is perfect). The pool furniture is in bad shape, the pool stairs also. Water could be cleaner. There is no shower. I hope that next year it will be renewed!

The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect for me as I didn't have a car. I could walk into Fairfield within 15mins to get a coffee and then another 15mins to the beach. The staff were very friendly. I love that there were bikes to rent in the lobby!

The coffee in the room was really awful, I think you could invest in slightly better facilities for guests. My bed sheet was ripped and there were stains on the shower mat. Also, my shower door was broken. The buffet breakfast was fine but all the cutlery, plates, etc. were either plastic or paper. Why not serve breakfast with real cutlery??

Very nice, clean, comfortable, good-sized classy room. Nice bed and linens. Everything was good. Parking was easy, and keyless entry was very nice and like the rooms are accessed from outside.. The bathroom was spotless. TV worked with lots of channels. Needed some tissues, asked at the front desk, and was given a box without hesitation. It is very convenient to where I needed to be for the night.

That there were not any eggs or yogurt (or a protein) for breakfast. But there was a decent assortment put out to choose from for breakfast. The price was more than i like to pay, but it usually is!! All in all, pleased with my stay.Tazzie

Bed is so so comfortable ! Outdoor pool is a great addition and breakfast was lovely ! Lots of parking too and nice restaurants nearby.Tv had loads of choice too , we decided to stay another night as we really felt relaxed here.

Bathroom wasn't fully clean when we entered the room , hairs in the shower .... Slight odour in the room upon entering,might be the carpets .

This hotel was PERFECT for my quick midweek stay. I had a wedding down the road, on the beach, and wanted something close by. Literal 5 mins drive from the beach, the room felt very clean, no sketchy activity on the property, breakfast was decent and there’s a diner in the adjacent parking lot if you want. Tons of shops directly across the way for anything else you might need/want.

I did get the room right next to the lobby. Room 7. and it did have a lot of noise from cars and people walking by. But I also booked the most basic cheap room they had. I’m from the city so I could deal but wish that I got a little more peace lol

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. So happy about that. And appreciated the very clean room and daily housekeeping service. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Loved that I could park right outside the room which was conveinent.

The room only had one nightstand, so the person on the left had to put water and phone on the floor. It would be easy to put in a small nightstand. Also, another comfortable chair would be welcome.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable beds and friendly staff. The hotel location was a great place to stay near excellent restaurants. I wanted to stay another night but the hotel was all booked with no vacancy. I will gladly come back and stay longer.

That I wanted to stay another night, because of my great experience with the hotel. My flight arrived one hour earlier then expected. I called ahead and asked the front desk if I can have my room reservation early than 3pm? The front desk made it pleasant for me that when I arrived at the Hotel my room was immediately available. Thank you!

The room was very clean! Great job 👏 to housekeeping ! A free 4 hour pass to Jennings Beach. Out of state users pay $40.00 for parking. So, that was awesome! Continental breakfast in the lobby with plenty of seating inside and outside.Last but not least the pool area was also clean with plenty of lounges,patio sets with umbrellas,and wicker couches.

The pool wasn't heated advertised. The front desk guy who didn't introduce himself didn't tell me about breakfast in the lobby,beach passes,check out time, or where the ice machine room was...pretty much on my own. I did research a little so I asked about the Beach pass. He responded yes for 4 hours if your late its $100 charge and don't use the towels in your room for the pool you must get the towels from the lobby and if any towels are missing it's $5 a towel. I did make a complaint. What an A--h@le!

The room was clean and staff was very kind.

One of the front desk person (elderly man) was extremely rude and disrespectful. Weekend breakfast ends at 10:00am, weekdays at 9am. On Monday, July 4th, a holiday weekend, we did not realize that breakfast ends at 9am. We went at 9:30am, breakfast was still out. As we are getting the waffles and coffee, the front desk staff was short of grabbing the food and throwing it out. He was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. I’m truly disappointed by his behavior because I really liked the place. Unfortunately, I will not be back. (On the other hand there was an Indian receptionist who was very kind and explained to us how we can get passes to visit local beaches)

I love how they redid this old building and renovated it into a quaint modern hotel. The room was really clean and even smelled clean. No smoke smell at all. I love the ocean type decorations all around the room reflecting its location near the water. We were in town for a concert so we didn't use the pool or anything. I can't comment on that but the room was fantastic.
