The staff is really nice, the room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. A good start for our 1st trip to the US :)

Close to the interstate, sound insulation might be improved. Air conditioning is efficient but noisy when you are not familiar with it and keeping the window open to let some fresh air in is impossible due to highway proximity. Still... Not a big deal after a 24 hours travel ;)

Liked the location. I could get to everything I needed to get to for my trip very easily. Very clean room. Breakfast offered in the morning.

They are in the midst of renovations, so the hallways to the rooms were a mess and I couldn't sleep in because the workers came in fairly early to work. I was prewarned the night before, but I was hoping for a bit more sleep. Room was pretty small, but it was fine for 1 night.

Comfortable seats , food group selection was very pleasing to the senses as well as the coffee. More importantly, all ages could eat something .

The refrigerator was not working properly, because the cold temperature was very low. Room smell very musky

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Room was small, but comfortable. Everything was VERY clean. The hotel was only 12 min away from the Fairchild Wheeler Golf Course where the CT Elks were having their Annual Golf Tournament.

The room was spotless and the first floor location was ideal.

I'm not sure why we were given a handicap accessible room. One bed was too close to the wall to allow easy access. The guest above us was very noisy. Thumping and banging until 11:30 pm and beyond

The girl who prepares the breakfast was an excellent conversation friendly and very caring for a person with dissability I saw there and she was very clean and organized

Missing a pool

The location was good. It was only 5 minutes from the reason we were in that area. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an easy check in and we were able to check in early. Check out was super simple.

The WiFi was awful. It would not stay connected at all. I was extremely upset with breakfast. It was advertised as being included and I have traveled enough to have expectations. No one told us it was a brown paper bag with water, OJ, a store bought honey granola bar and a cheap prepackaged pastry. That is no breakfast. I can not eat any sugar, so I had nothing to eat.

This hotel had a nice lobby area, a nice breakfast but what impressed us the most was how clean it was. We were very pleased with our room and the bathroom was actually sparkling clean.

The breakfast and the facilities. The premises were clean. We were able to get water and coffee throughout the day. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

The room was not large enough for us.

Had a great stay. Was able to add 2 other people to my reservation with ease. Housekeeping did great and all the employees I had encounters with were very pleasant. We felt very welcomed.
