Only stay 1 night but no issues with anything.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. One of the staff members, Robert, was excellent. We had a stink bug in the room and he came immediately to remove it. We had to call the front desk for ice and he brought it quickly and opened a jar for us while he was there. We had brunch in the restaurant. The server wasn't very pleasant but the gentleman who brought our food was so hospitable. My friend asked for crispy bacon but what he brought was not. As quickly as she got out the sentence, he took back the bacon and returned a few moments later with what she wanted. We had our makeup done at the spa and Amber was amazing! She did a great job and we enjoyed sparkling wine with great conversation while she did. We went in and out a few times and every valet who retrieved my car made us feel welcome. It was a girl's night out for me and my roommate from college, with an overnight stay and they made it really great! I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again!

We had a stink bug in the room. We could have done without that. LOL! The server at the restaurant was not very pleasant. She was the only downside to the experience. Even the bell hop who held our bags while we had brunch in the restaurant made us feel welcome and that they were glad to have us there.

Overall a great hotel. Good staff comfortable bedding, great housekeeping. Great location in downtown Wilmington. My room was large and well stocked. Everything was well stocked and as you would expect.

The AC in the room wasn't the best and didn't work well but it wasn't too bad. There was also visible mold at the vents. The restaurant in the lobby was also overpriced for what the food was but it wasn't bad, probably better options nearby.

I booked 2 rooms- when i arrived was told only one room booked- even though had confirmed twice- the mix up seemed to be last name Feinberg used for resevation- but doesnt make sense that they knew about one room and not the other- under Sidorov. Were not particularly helpful- or friendly - i.e "welcome back" ...once Manager had to work it out.

The architecture was amazing from the staircase to the room. Everything was quite elegant. Kudos to the front desk clerk and the valet parking attendants who went above and beyond.

Initially, we weren’t going to use the valet parking, but the parking garages near the hotel either were not open or user friendly. We tried 2 before giving up and paid extra for the valet parking. So it would have been nicer if the hotel had its own parking area. We had a little trouble logging our Apple devices onto their Wi-Fi, too.

we loved the beautiful architecture. it was absolutely stunning. the food was also delicious.

we didn’t like how there was no small convenience store located inside, even a shelf of sodas or even water to purchase after the restaurant closed. so if you didn’t bring everything you needed or worked outside of regular m-f 9-5 hours then you would have to walk 3 blocks or drive 7 minutes to the nearest gas station open late. so if ice machines or even a soda machine would of been on site it would of been a perfect stay. my husband and I enjoyed ourselves anyway but having to leave at 2am to get a water stunk.

Location was nice, easy to walk/very short ride share to lots of restaurants; king deluxe bathroom was amazing!

First room we were booked in key didn’t work, had to go back to front desk to sort it out, but was given upgraded room as replacement

The Hotel Dupont is an iconic property. It lived up to and even exceeded our expectations. They have managed to preserve the original style without seeming worn or overly dated. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional.

The bed was so comfortable and large!! The hotel was a historic building and the decor inside reflected the history. It was a beautiful modern hotel with very interesting displays about its past.

Everything was great! The staff was nice and friendly! Robert was the valet and gave us a great dinner recommendation and also let us know about the house car that will take you to and from the hotel! The room was very nice but did need a few cosmetic updates. Overall great stay!
