Both the breakfast and the social hours were outstanding! The food was good and the staff was great! The location and the area around were very nice. Everything was very clean, very nice and very accommodating, especially Brittany Caserta! She was beyond helpful, polite, courteous, and extremely personable. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and will recommend Staybridge Suites in Wilmington primarily because of her. Whatever she's making, she deserves a raise!

The instructions on when and where to park were vague. I ended up with a parking ticket from the city of Wilmington because I parked in an area that I was told would be ok. It was not. As in, $50 of not ok.

The staff were professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant! I got the feeling they liked their job and are treated well. Hotel very clean and well maintained. Great room and view! Very spacious, nice view, beds very comfortable and clean. Loved the cocktail hour and loaded fries. Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast because I had to attend a family funeral. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return 😊 again. Please give this hotel a try, you won't be disappointed!

In the bathroom above toilet was a stain, might be a leak. Check slightly peeling wall paper, might be due to moisture. Not a big problem.

I thought i was making arrangements directly with the hotel instead of Booking.com. Also, paying $24 a night for parking, which was not identified in the hotel description. We were not pleased with surrounding environment. My wife has difficulty walking, and the sidewalks were poorly maintained by the city. I tripped once and nearly fell. I must add that citizens in the neighbor hood could not afford to spend a night at your hotel.

The selections were terrific for a complimentary breakfast. In addition to cereal, granola, yogurt, and fresh fruit, there was always a mountain of egg and cheese omelets and bacon available. Hardboiled eggs, a variety of breads, muffins, and coffees were some additional options. It was really more than we expected.

We were in a long stay room with a kitchen even though we were only there for a couple of nights. Housekeeping only emptied the garbage. The bed was not made and no new coffee and toilet paper was provided. We needed to go to the frone desk and ask for fresh supplies.

Came for the weekend for the first night of Taylor Swifts Eras Tour in Philly. I loved that this hotel was only 30 minutes away. The room was very clean and updated. So many cafes and bakeries near the location.

Coming in late at night there’d be some men in the lobby that made us feel uncomfortable and there was no one working the lobby to witness. The location of the parking lot was decent, there was one night after I had paid for 2 night parking that almost all of the spots were taken besides 2 that had broken glass, and on one night a man peering into cars. Only one elevator was working (which I know is a maintenance issue) but seeing as there were a lot of travelers for the Taylor Swift concert it got to be annoying waiting for there to be a clear elevator available.

Stayed here a week earlier heading south and everything was perfect. We decided to stay again on our way back to New York at short notice. The hotel was perfect again nice room with breakfast. The lady at check in gave us complimentary parking as our room wasn't ready.

When checking in we decided to pay using revolut. We were unaware that their system would not accept it. The lady at check in wasn't able to sort out the problem and after doing two payments she looked for a manager. This person arrived and gave us a short course on what I assumed was economics. I still haven't a clue of what he was trying to tell us. The lady at the reception tried to sort it out but all we achieved was a hold on my revolut of $324 (which still hasn't been released) and having to pay with a credit card which we could have done at the start if we were told their system didn't except debit cards.

The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful and very responsive. The property must have been recently updated because everything is in great shape. Breakfast was good and they had a free cocktail hour event on the quiet days of the week. The stairwells are bright and clean.

Parking is about double the local rate, and they can charge it because overnight parking is hard to find in the area. The kitchen in the queen suite was a bit sparse but still serviceable - no deep pot for boiling water was the biggest frustration. The walls are not particularly soundproof, in typical modern fashion. Two of the elevators were out but it wasn't much of a problem except for Friday night.

Location is good. Breakfast was good. The room was huge and looked like it was recently updated. Bathroom was large too. Had everything you needed in the kitchen. It was very elegant looking.

I wish there was a different setup for eating meals. There was a square coffee table, one person sat on couch and the other on an ottoman. At another hotel by same company, there was an L shaped desk next to kitchen and you could use a desk chair and one chair was provided. Beds were a bit saggy.

The location was great for what we needed on our trip. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and helpful. The parking lot was also very useful to have in that location. Breakfast and the room were as advertised.

We stayed for three nights and in that entire time at least one of the three elevators was down. Most of the time two of the elevators were down which led to long wait times to go to where we needed to go as we were pretty far up the tower.

Overall the hotel was clean and new (only open for two months). The free breakfast was great and the staff was so kind/helpful. The room was really spacious and comfortable. The location was a bit further than we'd like given where we were spending our days (we were visiting University of Delaware which was about 20 mins away depending on traffic) -- but convenient to highways. It was a quiet neighborhood in the evenings/weekend. Appreciated the free toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc) in the bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't need to use it.

We would stay here again, but just a few suggestions that would make it even better...The parking lot was not well marked -- so that would be helpful to know before check-in. It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room and to dim the light on the thermostat which was quite bright at night. Bathroom was good, but would be even better if there was a fan. We could hear other guests quite clearly & loudly through the vent in the bathroom.
