Honestly one of the better rooms we've stayed in. Double Queen Suite with pull out couch bed. This room was very spacious.....much more than expected. Hotel seemed new because everything was super clean and tidy ...even the elevators were nice . Breakfast was what we've come to expect but was very nice . Pool area was clean an nice ...I even noticed thar the employees had a whole separate area away from the main building where they could go hang out on break and smoke etc. Very nice experience over all .

There was one employee that seem to be having a bad day ...because she had a snarky demeanor when we came to the front desk to ask a question. After saying hello a few times ...I started to look I.n The open door where I had seen other front desk girl come out of when she finally popped out and said Do you need something? To which I held my tongue and paused before asking my question .which was ...do you all have any kind of laundry service or a laundry room where we could get some clothes washed and dried ...she said No! Then asked if I needed anything else ...like I was keeping her from doing whatever she was doing in the back room .I told her thank you...in my most pleasant voice possible ..and said I hope you have a great rest of your night

The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was continually restocking food and essentials. They were cleaning things in an unobtrusive way. The food was hot, prepared well, delicious and so many choices!

The toilet is very low to the floor. This makes for difficulty getting up or down. A grab bar would be an excellent answer. It was not easy for myself, I am 63. My daughter came to visit us, she is slim, healthy, athletic and only 34. She laughingly told us she thought she'd have to call for help to get up.

It was a great location for us. We met family for a family celebration. It was close to their house. We had a lot of room. It was nice that we weren’t crowded in our room. I appreciate that! The coffee was good and we had a few cups. When we travel, coffee gets us through the day. Thank you!

Breakfast was OK. I have had better and I have had worse. But it was very well attended by the staff.

When we got to our room we found the bed was not made and dirty towels on the floor. Went back down to the desk and they sent us to another room. so we had to take all our stuff all the way from on end of the floor to the other end of the same floor.

The location is close to the highway and downtown Alachua. The room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety.

I could occasionally hear people in the hallways. The doors are heavy so I could hear them close nearby, though it wasn't during the night. I did find it odd that they didn't provide hand soap.

Convenient location. Very large room / suite perfectly accommodated our large party.

A long walk from the parking lot to our suite carrying luggage and a baby. Our room was on the end of the 2nd floor, nearest entrance was at the end of 1st floor and the only elevator was mid building.

Breakfast was terrible. Bread had a poor selection. Milk was available for cereal only' Coffee was poor. Apple was good and orange like fruit was adequate.

Toast was not good and butter would not spread. Strawberry yogurt was only choice and I am allergic to strawberry.

Love the location and the cleanliness! Stayed here before and will again. The room layout was unique!

The blindsided fee of $50 for incidentals was not expected and wish this is straight up mentioned before booking.

we couldn’t open the windows, there is no such possibility we didn’t got any food, when we ordered it from the another place, it didn’t come.

Everything was very clean. All the staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast would have been better if you had grits.
