The location is excellent. The staff was super kind and attentive. Very good breakfast. Good cleaning. Pretty nice pool. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I didn't think it was correct to charge for parking since I didn't use the valet service. The acoustic insulation of the walls of the rooms is very bad. It is possible to hear any and all conversations from neighboring apartments even with people talking at normal voice volume. We spent 3 nights at the hotel, the first 2 were terrifying because of the noise from the apartment on the right and the other night was even worse because of the noise from the apartment on the left.

the girl on the front desk SASHA, we choose the desired check-in at 1pm, we arrived at 10 am, asked a front girl SASHA to give us a room sooner if possible, she said no, it is 4pm check-in, and if she will get in touch with us if she will have something (she is going to call us). we waited whole day under the 100 degrees waiting for a phone call with two little kids and after a 24Hour cart-rip, extermely tired. when we asked the reception for the second time at 3.30pm the other girl said " of course, we have a plenty of rooms to get, you should ask us sooner if you arrived yerlier. I was very angry, there was half of the rooms with no people in them. I can be wrong and do not understand the special policy of the hotels but still....

It was amazing! The rooms were nice with the most beautiful view I've ever seen! We had the Water colors restraunt for dinner and it was hands down the best steak we had EVER had! The morning breakfast buffet was also delicious. The staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful. They have a trolly that takes you to clearwater beach and brings you back when you are done. I enjoyed going to the pool early in the morning after getting my Cafe Latte and lounging on the water. I never wanted to leave, but we already booked another stay for fall break on October!

There was a family reunion there, made it a little crowded and I could have done with less kids, but that's not their fault. There is not one thing I did not like about the hotel itself!!

everything everything everything idk where to start from Bob the buggy guy to Rob and his wife Nancy I love them they helped me find exactly what I needed…he even repacked my cooler properly cause I had it all wrong he put Ice and more water in got us towels I was with my child and it was low key scary for me but they made it so nice omg this was the best I don’t want to go home and the buffet I was so scared I don’t do buffets and it’s still pandemic but let me tell you I ate that food it was CLEAN and tasty so much more I could write a book oh yea those strawberry lemonade slushies are the BOMB!!!!

the cleaning supply that was used was a tad bit strong kind of tickled my daughters throat but at least I knew everything was clean

The views are fantastic. Out the front door of our room we could see the Gulf of Mexico. From the balcony of our room we were sitting right on a beautifully wide part of the intercoastal waterway.

There is a daily parking fee of $20 a night that was not made known to us through booking.com. When you pay so much a night for a room, you shouldn't have to pay for parking. Also Wi-Fi was not free. There are plenty of other hotels that have free Wi-Fi. And for a top class hotel, it was disappointing to have a lumpy bed. The mattress was overdue in being changed.

The friendliness of the staff blew me away. They went above and beyond expectations, from the front desk to the valet to housekeeping to the shop staff. This was honestly the first time I've stayed at a hotel where everyone did their best to outdo each other to make sure the guest was happy. I'd stay there again simply to beyond such wonderful people!!!

My only complaint was the heat and humidity, which has nothing to do with the hotel or staff. I plan on visiting again but probably in early spring.

Great location. Great views, we were on the top floor and views were stunning. Nice spacious room. Separate lounge are and dressing area which was good.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm. I had to ask if we could have a complimentary drink whilst we waited by the pool. The heat was intense. Nothing was offered. Sat by the pool, area is great but a bit dirty. Some dirty tables, and a pair of underwear left by a sun bed! It could have been cleaner out here.

Swimming pool is fabulous and the hotel is in the most beautiful setting between the coast and the bay. We came here to salvage the second half of our honeymoon after our original accommodation was disappointing. The Marriott Suites certainly didn’t disappoint.

The only minor criticism is that the room was a little on the small side for a family of four, but we didn’t spend much time there so it wasn’t an issue.

The staff, especially the valet staff, were so nice. The gentleman welcomed us, answered questions, took us to our room, was patient with us. He was just so kind. The young lady that checked us in was so sweet. The boys at the towel stand for the pool were kind. I just felt very welcomed. I love this place. I would recommend and have recommended to others. Thank you. The gentleman who took our luggage to the room warned us about the red tide. Myself and my brother and his wife so appreciate he told us about the red tide. We got to enjoy the pool and be safe. Thank you so very much for that.

What could definitely be better is cleaning up in the pool and spa area. Cups, paper towels, food and drink containers were left out even right outside the pool. There were children that were unattended by adults in the spa.

Once you’re a guest then they should know , I understand why they needed to check for the pool area making sure outsiders were not coming in, however. after being there for three days at that point , it felt like we were being ask more and they were questioning us . It makes you uncomfortable They should give rubber bracelets or something from day one then there wouldn’t be any question asked to make you feel uncomfortable!
