The hotel is just across the street from the beautiful beach. The room was clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served with hot and cold items and was very filling. There was always staff there to keep food replenished and the serving area clean. Front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. The hotel is 5 minute walk to grocery stores and other shops. We were picked up with hotel shuttle and dropped off to the cruise ship with a shuttle. There was a fee but not anything outrageous. I will definitely stay here again. See you next year!

I didn't have any issues so I'm not sure what if anything could've been improved upon. Great hotel!

The staff was great Had everything we needed Room was very nice for the price

The room carpet was so soiled our socks or feet were black. We had to keep shoes on. The pool would be awesome if hosed off each morning. Also pressure washing will get rid of the mildew.

Super close to Cocoa beach pier, only a 5 minute walk. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Rooms were clean and great balcony views with palm trees. Staff here is nice. Pool was heated which was great for night time swimming with the cool breeze from the ocean coming in.

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s across the street from the pier and beach. No need to pay to park to go to the beach. Beach wave in front of you forgot anything or dollar general down the street. The camp something restaurant a block over which was perfect. A mile from Ron Jon surf shop. Will stay again.

Very minor things as the hotel is on the beach. The pool had limited towels. The air was super cold during the night and eh during the day but it is Florida. So not really a complaint. The bathroom door handle was loose but that was it. Best price and location for being close to the ocean.

Reception staff extremley helpful, parking close to room and staff were willing to let us use the swimming pool and laundrette after check out. Close to the beach and pier which was lovely and clean. Room was clean and bed comfortable with toiletries and towels provided. Seemed to be a nice friendly and quiet area.

Breakfast was very basic, not the best but edible. Happy with everything else.
