The staff on reception were lovely and very helpful, particularly the lady who checked us in. She gave us some recommendations for places to eat and drink locally, and they were great! They were very accommodating when we had a problem with the AC in our room and we were given an alternative room straight away.

The location is excellent, it is 100m from the pier and 100m from bars & restaurants & shops. The rooms are adequate and have everything you need. The staff are friendly and keep the rooms clean. This is not a five star hotel, so don’t expect one for the money that you pay. It is a value for money hotel and I would recommend it.

I’m not picking small things to moan about so nothing to say except thanks for a great stay.

The room carpet was so soiled our socks or feet were black. We had to keep shoes on. The pool would be awesome if hosed off each morning. Also pressure washing will get rid of the mildew.

The hotel is just across the street from the beautiful beach. The room was clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was served with hot and cold items and was very filling. There was always staff there to keep food replenished and the serving area clean. Front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. The hotel is 5 minute walk to grocery stores and other shops. We were picked up with hotel shuttle and dropped off to the cruise ship with a shuttle. There was a fee but not anything outrageous. I will definitely stay here again. See you next year!

Breakfast was good. Location by the pier and beach very good. Beds were comfy. The pool was great too.

Couldn’t find dish soap so we had to leave dishes for housekeeping. Didn’t want to do that. Had to call for help with the fold out couch. Maintenance showed up very quick which was great. The shower didn’t work so great, water everywhere on the floor. Had to soak it up. The hall and kitchen light switch was above the refrigerator so it was hard to find. The kitchen light looked like it would fall down. The room was big enough but I guess just older so it seemed overpriced for what we got.

We were absolutely happy with our stay, we had a room with a double bed and stayed there for 4 nights with two small children. Our room was cleaned every day and the staff were very nice. The pool was heated which is absolutely fantastic in winter! You could also do laundry (total of 5USD for washer, dryer, detergent) which worked well. Certainly not a 5 star facility, but all in all a solid place to stay!

The breakfast was ok, it could have been better, but you could tell the staff were making an effort and I think it was good enough for the budget they have.

Perfect for our needs. Spacious bedroom, next to the pier, laundry facilities, nice swimming pool, parking available. Super kind staff. Spotless. This was our second stay here. And the week before we stayed in a room with kitchen. Also great experience.. Indeed we came back :) Breakfast was also ok.

Just 2 suggestions: -Maybe a bit of veggies also at breakfast would be great, just to have a bit more healthy choice. But overall ok. - And possibly less single use plastic (cutlery, plates etc).

Super close to Cocoa beach pier, only a 5 minute walk. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Rooms were clean and great balcony views with palm trees. Staff here is nice. Pool was heated which was great for night time swimming with the cool breeze from the ocean coming in.
