I did like the location and customer service was friendly, it was in a great location to get to the cruise port. I like room setup

The property is outdated and need repairs, the carpet was dirty and outdated, the air condition was being held up by a wood block. The had a spell I had to go and purchased air freshener the light in the bathroom wasn’t working, the put a lamp in the bathroom that was not enough light. the phone was inoperable. I am Glad we only stayed for one night.

This is our second stay at the Coco Beach Suites. we will stay again. It would be nice to have a direct number. And the owner never returned calls. We left messages and he never got back to us, Which made it a lot harder to book. Unprofessional in our book. If he wants customers, he should return the calls when a message is left.

There is no breakfast. Location is optimal for local activities.

Electrical in the room was sub par. Outlets would not hold plugs in. Some worked, some were not wired correctly or had old plugs. Not good for device charging. TV should offer external inputs (USB or hdmi) for additional entertainment options. Electrical and TV are extremely outdated. No way to watch a movie. Shower pressure and hot water was nearly non existent.

This is a great hotel for the money. It is old, and a little on the dirty side (NOT THE ROOMS) but the hallways could use some help. The room was great!! Clean, everything worked, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, etc. The rooms are 2 rooms with 2 separate air conditionings, one in each. You have a Living room with small kitchen, couch, desk and chair and TV. Big Bedroom with King Size bed 2 night stands TV Hanging closet, and then a good size bathroom. The only thing I wish it had was a safe for personal items (passports, money credit cards, etc..). Plenty of restaurant's within walking distance. Staff very nice and helpful. They are owned by the Four Seasons 2 blocks down and they allow you to use those amenities as well. They do have a pool on site. But, if you go to the Four Seasons you can use that also and if you eat at any of those places they give you a 15% discount.

They really need to clean the carpets in the hallways and it would be an EXCELLENT Hotel. But overall, the rooms are really clean and that's what matters to me.

Literally walking distance to the beach! Plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance! Very spacious rooms! Great air conditioning! Clean rooms! They have an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand and salt water as to not track it into your room after a long day at the beach! Staff were extremely nice and made sure you had everything to enjoy your stay!

The only thing I didn’t like was it probably could you a freshening up in the hallways and lobby area, older carpet and bland paint is kind of a theme in the public areas. But the rooms were quite nice!

This was our 2nd time staying here. It is an older outdated hotel but priced accordingly. Linens were clean.The beds are comfortable with some bounce. The shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Makeup lighting is not great, but I've had far worse in higher end resorts. The room is equipped with a microwave fridge and coffee maker. The living room is separate from the bedroom, making it perfect for 2 people, 2 couples, or a family of four. The location is wonderful. Parking is free and plentiful. It's on the bus route. You can jump on the 9, and the loop takes you anywhere between here and port canaveral for $1.25. Runs on a 30-minute interval. Very short walk to the beach. Restaurants, bars, shops, and mini golf feet away and easy walking distance. I could see the rocket launch from this beach. They have an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach. The ACs cranked. The staff was fantastic.The area is safe, and much to our surprise, we were able to check in 5 hours with no additional fee. They will hold and lock up your luggage if the room isn't ready. This was perfect for an overnight before cruise in Port Canaveral and minutes from the terminal.

Sam, at the reception was such a great guy. We showed up an hour early and the room was not done. He gave us recommendations for restaurants and called us little while later to confirm the room was ready. The big suite was nice, liked the big bed, small kitchen and ocean view. Decent shower. Parking is ground floor but underneath the 2nd floor, nice and shady. Walk to the beach is less than 5minutes. In front of hotel 2 fast food chains and opposite the hotel some more places to eat. Some shopping nearby in walking distance.

Tha AC was rather loud and the fold out bed needs to be replaced. Matrass was dirty and hard with things sticking out. Toilet seat had also seen better days.

The location is great! The beach sand was not at the back door but it was close enough to wake up with a view of the ocean through our window. It was only two block walk to the beach. The rooms were very big. This is not a luxury hotel and doesn't have any amenities. But anything you need is within walking distance. They do have a near by sister hotel which provides shared amenities like pool, business services, etc. The hotel is older but is clean. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, this is not it. But if you want a basic, budget friendly, clean place to stay with ocean views, this is for you! I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

At first my teenage daughter didn't want to shower because she said it looked nasty. But at closer view you'll realize it's just old chaulk smears. A few minor maintenance updates would do a great deal to freshen up this place. The beds were ok but not great. But again, it's not a luxury hotel. There was one perfecrly soft pillow that we all fell in love with. We took turns sleeping on it! More Downlite pillows would be great! The elevator was super slow. But if you're on vacation, you're probably not in a hurry. The wifi was not strong enough in my room to stay connected to Zoom calls while I worked. So I ended up using my phone Hotspot. A few wifi extenders would be a great idea.

I love Cocoa Beach suites the rooms area very spacious they feel more like a little apartments instead of just a room I have been there 3 times already this year and planning a few more trips back before the end of the year and I will book my stay with Cocoa Beach suites for sure and I love that the parking area is under cover like parking in a carport keeps the sun from heating up your vehicle.

The fact my vacation had to come to an end, I don't have anything bad to say about Cocoa Beach Suites

We arrived late in the evening and got an upgrade from a single king bed and pull-out sofa to a family suite with an ocean view. It was an absolutely amazing opportunity to wake up early and see the cruise ships pulling in to dock and then head out to the beach for a bit before checking out.

The bathroom did not have as good of facilities as we expected. The light above the sink did not turn on (I think the switch may have been broken). Also, the caulking around the tub was not pristine and had some areas that it had been removed.
