The staff was very friendly. The location cannot be beat, only one block from public beach access. No this isn't a high end hotel, but for the price we paid, it was totally fine. Besides, when you're a block from the beach, what are you doing hanging out in your room anyway?! Go explore!

It would've been amazing if the room had a mini fridge. In an effort to save a little money we wanted to make lunch in the room. We ended up buying a small cooler to refrigerate some lunch meat. Also, the cable didn't work. I mean, it did but nearly all of the channels were too fuzzy to watch.

Being an older, Low chain motel it had its usual disrepair But you have to look Past all that to TRULY enjoy what this location has to offer. We had 2 rooms, with a full fridge and microwave. Beds were comfy Loved how close it was located to the beach access (reason I picked it, cheap and close) The pool! OH MY GOODNESS!! I've stayed in many MANY motels and hotels (4-5 star hotels even) and the pool was AMAZING! Was clean and warm, even after a rain storm it was still warm compared to the theme park resorts we went to after our stay here, those pools were freezing after the rain and cold before the rain. Staff was amazing. I forgot her name, but she was very close to having her baby. She was nice and genuine. I could have chatted with her all day. I hope all is well with her and her new baby boy! I did end up getting locked out of my room, I was in the pool, kids went to the room to get their goggles (room was by the pool) and the kids shut the door with BOTH room keys inside. I knew we should have kept one of each room key in each room. They guy in the office was nice and helped me out, I did come back to prove I really was the person I said I was and he was appreciated of that, told me it wasn't necessary since he believed me. WHEN we come back to Cocoa Beach, we're definitely staying here again!!

I didn't like how we had to leave. I couldn't honestly find anything wrong that made my families vacation less appealing. Like I already mentioned, for the year of the motel, and for the price, cosmetic things should be over looked unless it honestly effected your stay and not just because it looks unappealing. Honestly, unless you specifically looked for something wrong, you wouldn't find anything.

The room seemed to be clean UNTIL I stepped on the floor. I could feel the grit of sand or something on the floor. Then I noticed water on the floor at the entrance to the bathroom. I used toilet paper to wipe it up and it was black with water and dirt. Needless to say my white socks were black also. Those floors have not been clean since they were put in. absolutely disgusting Shame on the owners and staff..

The cleanliness, staff from front desk staff to housekeeping crew very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Spacious room, comfortable beds. If ever have to stay at Cocoa Beach again believe that I will look forward to go to this hotel again. Thanks Motel 6 for a great experience.

A bit noisy on the weekends but is to be expected. Not hotel's doing unfortunately some guests are not as considerate of their surroundings and others.

Big rooms but, there was problems because of construction. No discounts though.

No breakfast because of Covid. Then there was some issues because of repairs being done on the roof. The manager did move us to another room and said it would be reported to the Company but, we have not heard back. We let him know we would like to come back in February 2022 and stay again. He said they would comp or discount the room and again haven't heard back. We want come back on the 11th of Feb for 1 night. Going on another cruise. The internet and cable TV not working. Shower wasn't working.

cocoa beach 3 minutes walk. Pool was great and very nice workers.

when entering room there was no TV. They gave us a room with a TV. I thank them for fixing this. On a phone call I asked about the pool and was told it was shut down. We where happy to see it opened and we did use it.

We loved the close proximity to the beach. The water was beautiful. Lots of waves and so warm but refreshing. The grounds are well kept and pretty flowers.

We did not like the “no frills” of the room. We did not have a bureau. No microwave or frig.

The staff, especially the desk clerk Mary. Very kind as were all of them I come in contact with. The pool was exceptional!

The fact that you had to get towels and linen YOURSELF from the front desk. You do not have room service! That was a bad experience. I have never had to get my own washcloths and not have room service.

That the staff was friendly and helpful..they tried to accommodate my disability well

Only one way to get off sidewalk with a wheelchair..you have to go all the way to the office area to have a way off the sidewalk..not very handicapped accessible

Reception was very friendly and helpful; questions about scheduled SpaceX launches were answered knowingly and with excitement. I was able to plan my day based on her advise.

The building shows it's age, but the value is tremendous!
