I like the ability to park my car at the hotel and use the shuttle service to get to my cruise ship

The pool and bar area was very nice. We were very lucky that we were able to see a launch from Cape Canaveral while hanging out at the pool! We enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant. We loved the convenience of parking our car in the lot near the hotel for our cruise the next day.

There were a lot of people in the lobby checking when we arrived but the staff got people through fairly quickly.

This was a wonderful hotel . I really like the big rooms and the tiki bar. The live DJ was good but needs to play a variety of music. I thought the swimming pool was excellent. The food was delicious as well.

The only improvements I believe the hotel needs is to fix the bathrooms and clean them better that are in the lottery of the hotel. There were a lot of stalls that had tissue that did not flush down. Unfortunately. You have guests that come there and don't take the time to make sure that it actually goes down. So if someone is constantly checking the bathroom then it won't get dirty like that.

The facilities and grounds were great. Took advantage of the aquatic amenities which were great too.

One month before my stay, I requested an ADA compliant room for my friend. Was very dissapointed to find out there was nothing ADA compliant about it except it to have extra room. Very difficult for him to use the restroom. Taking a shower was completely out of the question for him. The ADA should take note of the fact this facility has no rooms that are in compliance. Also, the staff need to be better trained to handle what little the facility has to offer for those that are wheelchair bound.

The bar tender at the inside bar was super, very nice and attentive. Parking was easy. Our room was great loved the closet but could have used a dresser

Breakfast that cost almost 50.00 and is normally free at other hotels was awful, biscuits were dry and hard, eggs were cold, it took almost 30 minutes to get a waffle since there was only 1 maker, pastrys were cold and hard, very very disappointing all the other mornings we walked across to mcdonalds which sadly was way cheaper and better tasteing. Pool was over crowded dj was way to loud, not enough chairs at the pool.

The staff was professional and very friendly. The pool area was awesome --- great tiki bar --- great food --- great service. The room was away from the pool in a very quiet and pretty area of the hotel. The room was a nice size, furniture was a bit worn, bathroom clean and acceptablel, bed and beddig excellent --- we slept very well! It was exciting that we almost saw Terran 1 launch --- it didn't, but the excitement was still fun to be part of! We went to the dining room expecting to be eable to order a la carte from the menu, but it was only Buffet. We decided to stay anyway. The lovely gentleman at the Omelet Dtation was awesome and our omelets were delicious and hot. the rest of the buffet was also very good ---juice, toast, fruit --- and the Dining Room is very pretty in the morning looking out to the pool!

There is construction going on, but that didn't impact us at all. The furniture in the room could use some updating. The cost for a taxi or Uber to get over to one of the restaurants by the pier (e.g. Fishlips) was insane --- too bad -- we had wanted to have dinner by the water. We found Zarella's - Italian --- excellent and great Beach Store beside it!

Wonderful experience! I have a family of 5 we had lost our keys on the cruise we had just gotten off of. I booked online because it was close to the port. We came in at 10am -Brooke at the front desk was AMAZING!! I explained to her what had happened and asked is there anyway she could help us get into a room quickly (we all had luggage with no where to go bc the new keys couldn’t be made to the next day). Brooke checked us right in! Our room was amazing! The pool was amazing! We went to the tiki bar ordered food which was great then were able to spend the rest of the day by the pool. Thank you Brooke and radisson for making our stressful day so much better!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

The pool was great and the desk staff were very helpful & prompt when we had any questions or requests. The room was a decent size and also quiet.

Some parts of the room were a bit dated (still comfortable) especially the bathroom, which felt pretty tight. Also not room related but the restaurant was a little understaffed (as a lot of places are) at dinner time on a Thursday so food was pretty slow, though breakfast was fine. (They did warn us that food was running slow when we sat down.)

The pool area was beautiful and the food was good in the restaurant. We loved the convenience of taking the shuttle to and from the port was a great feature.

Being under renovations, the phone in our room didn’t work. Also we weren’t able to contact the front desk neither prior to our arrival nor once there.
