Beachside Hotel and Suites

Breakfast was great with meat and eggs and waffle makers and a bunch of other goodies. Also, if you drive an EV they have 110v plugs on every light post that will charge from 7pm-7am, enough to get you around the area daily. But I was able to find a 220v outlet in the back corner of the back parking lot that juiced up my Tesla from empty to full in about 8 hours! Super helpful and a money saver for sure! Also want to give a shout out to the evening manager/front desk Lou who was so friendly and very informed about the property and it’s amenities! Plus they have nice golf carts and a 3 wheeler you can rent for beach cruising.

Fantastic Hotel. We stayed for three nights in August 2023. We arrived just after 2pm (check in is 4pm) and they let us check in early which was much appreciated. This meant we could use the pool all afternoon which our two kids loved - especially the lazy river! We went to the Kennedy Space Center one day and the hotel is ideally situated as it’s only about a 30 minute drive. Our last day was spent on the beach. The hotel will let you borrow a trolley, chairs, umbrella etc which was a great bonus as it was so hot - you could hire them on the beach but they were pricey. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel - perfect. There was a good choice at breakfast and we also ate at the Duck Dive poolside snack bar which was very nice. On top of this, all the staff were lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff were all wonderful and so helpful. Especially the lady that works the front desk at night. She was so informative and helpful to our family. The location is perfect. walking distance to surf shops, food and the beach. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. The lazy river pool was a great way to relax after a full day on the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. And I really appreciate that they don’t slam you with a lot of hidden fees like most hotels. it was a great vacation. we will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing that I had any grievance with was the price of the food at the duck dive restaurant on site. the food was delicious but overpriced for what you get.

The Front Desk Staff Amy and Rebekah were amazing!! but everyone we met was such a delight. The pool area is so cute and inviting. The Pool bar was nice. The Breakfast was nice with a lot of options and the Host was so sweet. We would definitely come back with our Kids as we were there for my mom's 60th Birthday Cruise, so we only stayed one night, but still a great stay.

The hotel is older and you can tell, but it was still clean. It had a smell in the rooms but some reviews said it was mold, it was more of a closed in smell, once we opened the door and let fresh air in, it was fine! The furniture in our Suite does need deep cleaned as the ottomans were stained but overall vey nice for an older hotel.

The hotel was very clean with plenty of amenities. Beach access was right across the street, and the beach itself was beautiful. It's an older hotel, but the rooms and property were very clean and well kept. Even the balcony was clean and free of spiders and webs. You can tell they work hard to keep it that way because there staff was out all day cleaning windows and doing general upkeep. We never got to try the lazy river, but it looked great. The breakfast was a good general continental breakfast with a few hot items and your standard fruits, cereal, and pastries. We didn't have our children with us this time, but wouldn't hesitate to come back with them!

Everything. The breakfast was superb with a vast menu that changed daily. Scrambled eggs, eggs with cheese and peppers, sausage, and corned beef hash, along with all the hot and cold items you would see at a typical hotel breakfast. Brandi and the whole breakfast team waited on us hand and foot and really made us feel welcome. Live music near the bar and lazy river pool in the afternoons made for a festive atmosphere. Kids could play in the white sand playground when not floating on the lazy river. Beach umbrellas and chairs, bikes, boogie boards, and surf boards all free for use. A great miniature golf course, as well as a large selection of restaurants, are right next door. This motel is amazing! 25 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, too.

Although the beach (one block away) had a lot less sorgasum seaweed than most of the beaches in the area, I would stick to the resort or the KSC to maximize your fun. Several other reviews mentioned cleanliness. I saw the friendly hospitality team working tirelessly to keep the area clean, but the white sand from the kids' playground tends to get everywhere. It was definitely not a lack of attention on the part of the staff. They were wonderful.

The location was perfect and the rooms were big and spacious. Short walk to public beach access and a block away from Ron Jons. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Older hotel, but everything was clean and in good working order. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The lazy river was a nice change of pace, and they even set up an outdoor movie. Plentiful parking is available for free. Loved having a refrigerator, microwave and separate eating area/living area. The beds were extremely comfortable and the lighting was more than sufficient.

Rooms stayed damp/humid. I realize the facilities are older, but it was either too cold or too humid lol. We just put warmer clothes on, not really a big issue. Was a tad expensive for facilities, but location, location, location!

It was very cute. My kids loved the lazy River and I was very happy to see there were tubes available. The pool area had lots of seating available. I loved the ability to separate the living room space from the bedroom. We were able to see the ocean from the balcony and it was a very short walk to the beach. Literally across the street. It is in walking distance to a Winn Dixie, dollar tree, multiple shops, CVS pharmacy, and a lot of great restaurants as well. The breakfast was actually really good. The staff was unbelievably nice and helped me with so much.

The elevator is very slow. That’s the only bad thing about this place.

Overall, this hotel was perfect for our "family-moon"! It was clean, comfortable, and plenty of activities for the whole family!

My only 2 complaints is that the elevator is extremely slow, like add an additional 15 minutes to where you need to get to to account for the elevator. My second complaint is that the food prices in the tiki bar are really high. Our first night we got an order of chicken tacos for $15. It was just 2 small crunchy tacos, nothing else. Kind of steep for 2 tacos. Other than that, our stay was amazing!

Staff was awesome. Do not remember the ladys name at the desk. We were a lete check in. She was very informative with all aspects of the property and srounding area..Her customer service skills and personalitie was on point above and beyond. She has a greatly honed craft showing ownership and the ability to troubleshoot unforseen issues that was outside the properties control..Customer service skills not found much in today's world.with all this being said she was able to rectify our issue so that we could continue on our journey with as little inconvenience as possible. Would definitely book again..ken
