Rachel at the front desk was awesome and helpful. We were just getting off a cruise and she made sure we had everything we needed.

Walls are thin but the location and cleanliness made up for it.

The first night the room was old and musty and caused our allergies to act up. I didn’t think we would be able to stay the second night. When I called the front desk and ask for a refund on the second night he said he could not because we didn’t book through them. He could move us to newly renovated room that was oceanfront for no extra charge. Reluctantly I did and I am so glad. The second room was beautiful! I think we were the first people to stay in it. The staff was great. We really enjoyed the rest of the weekend and have already booked another stay.

So close to the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants/bars. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Will definitely stay again. Ideal for beach views of KSC space launches.

Slight inconvenience due to remodeling efforts (although that will not stop us from staying again.) Biggest issue was how the price from a Thursday night jumped to Friday night when the SpaceX launch didn't happen the first night. Price doubled from Thursday to Friday, and that seemed a little extreme.

The hotel was under renovation but they were very accommodating and helpful. Right on the beach and next to the Pier. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. We will certainly go back.

Billing system update was recently and cause some confusion and hotel under renovation (will be beautiful when done) but worked with management to get resolved. Very helpful and friendly. Not enough of a concern to cause a problem.

The office front desk staff and the bar attendant were GREAT. The three staff members were professional and attentive. They were quick to remedy a concern we had. And followed up to ensure we were comfortable and happy.

Hotel is quite dated and in need of some TLC and deep cleaning. However, other guests boasted about the newly renovated rooms. We were told the entire hotel would be renovated by December. I look forward to the next stay.

We love the location the room was OK wasn’t spectacular. Could’ve used a little updating for them on the money that was charged.

I didn’t like that it took the whole time we were there to fix the deck to the ocean and still wasn’t done when we were there. They started early in the morning and didn’t accomplish much. Very disappointing. They couldn’t of done that in a time. We’re there wasn’t a high time of the year.

The location is amazing! The room we got was renovated and so comfy. I love that it’s pet friendly! The staff was nice and it surprised us how much we enjoyed it.

The only thing I didn’t like is we paid for an ocean view but were told we had to be on the first floor (facing the ocean) but grass view essentially, because we had dogs. However we saw other guests with dogs on the third floor. It was the only disappointing factor.

Andrew at the front desk was extremely helpful and very welcoming kudos to you Andrew !!! Close to lots of things to do including Kennedy space Center. we had a oceanfront room which was wonderful balcony could probably of used a little work we had a nice stay.

It was under construction which was no one’s fault , the walkway to the beach was beautifully Finished on the day we left.

Watching the rocket launch was amazing. The location was beautiful. The pier is in your backyard, whose restaurant was good. The breakfast was really good not just a standard one option meal. I was impressed and to eat outside by the waterfall was perfect. The staff was kind.

But the balcony is unusable. It was the hot exhale from the ac unit and it was loud. You couldn't hear the ocean over the sound. But the room was fine.

No pet fees - definitely a plus. Attentive staff - front desk reached out several times via text to see how our stay was going, if we needed anything. Not just hotel needs, but any questions we had about Cocoa Beach - did we need directions, have any questions, etc. Breakfast was good. We had an issue with the air conditioner our last night. Maintenance/handyman came and replaced it. Very good service! Hotel is right on the beach - easy access to beach. We had a great view of the pier.
