Econo Lodge Crystal River

Love that we could pull up right in front of the room. They allowed my dog to stay there as well which was great. Very nice and peaceful hotel. Pool was nice and clean. Was happy to have a normal tv as the last hotel I was at had awful lineup and none of the channels came in. Also glad to have some type of breakfast! The fridge and microwave, very essential for staying at a hotel! All in all this was a comfortable stay and I would definitely return to this establishment.

Room was clean, TV had ample channels, Location was decent, about 2 miles to town, attractions,, stores, gas stations. Pool was very, very nice. Overall a clean, comfortable room for a great price.

Check in was odd, lobby not open. Had to check in through window. Desk clerk not very friendly. No hot water in shower or sink. Continental breakfast consisted of Coffee, Tea, apple juice and a breakfast roll. Pool not open until maid arrived after 8{30. Supposed to open at dusk.

Room was exceptionally clean....bed was comfortable....plenty of pillows. The room also had a microwave and small fridge and both worked. There was also a stocked vending machine and a very well working ice machine in the courtyard area.

Breakfast was okay although it would have been better if there were a few more juice and pastry options . Fresh fruit would have also been good.

Great pool, easy check in, convenient location, excellent price. Every thing you need in a short stay room. Get fresh coffee at office in AM. There is no coffee maker in room. Good microwave and small fridge. Bathroom very clean, fluffy towels.

Floor needed mopping, burnt out bulb in bathroom. Asked that it be replaced but no response.

No where on the site did it tell you about a deposit when paying cash.Got it back when we checked out.Breakfast items not up to standards for persons w health issues..Could have had other items than a danish..Bigger towels...

It was quite, mostly workers and trucks. No one hanging around outside during day or night. My kids were the only ones in the pool most of the time. In my area, the econolodge is in a bad neighborhood and full of things and ppl I prefer not to be around but this was nothing like that. We just needed a safe place to sleep since we would be gone all day w activities and plans, this felt safe and comfortable while we were there.

The complementary breakfast only had packaged honey buns and muffins and coffee and tea packs. I wouldn't consider that breakfast, more like snacks. Cereal, bagels and etc would have been a nice option.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful

My card was declined prior to arrival. I called hotel number per booking.com instructions. They didn't have my name and couldn't find my booking at all. Thankfully they had a room and my card was accepted although it cost another $10.

Property and room were clean and well maintained. Room floor needed a mopping but everything else was perfect.

Microwave and refrig were not plugged in Had to move dresser to find the plug in. Be warned...you absolutely cannot check in prior to 3pm.

The ladies working were sweet, and I felt safe there. The room was updated and clean. The location was perfect as it was right next to the Crystal River archeological park.

Due to covid, the breakfast options were limited. The lounge area was closed. I wish I could have had a fresh coffee in the morning, but it was already shut down when I checked out.

The location here is perfect. Close to the attractions, stores, & restaurants yet it's perfectly set in a quiet location. The room &:service went above my expectations.

I can't find one thing to complain about.
