This is a truly lovely place. We had just arrived from the craziness of Orlando and this was the perfect location to unwind - quiet and fantastic views. Teresa and Daniel were fantastic hosts and produced an outstanding breakfast each morning! I mustn't forget the other hosts - their sweet cats Nuruto and Paris who were very affectionate! The rooms have been lovingly decorated and were great fun to be in. There's a selection of Argentinian wine you can purchase and the two bottles of red we had were extremely good. There's also some snacks that are free which were much appreciated.

The only issue with the rooms is the soundproofing - you can hear the next room's TV extremely clearly and even their snoring! The property is still being worked on so some of the outside areas need to be cleared and set up still.

This is a gem in the midst of Northern Florida - just North of Tampa. The place is in rustic surroundings with various authentic theme rooms. The bed was very comfortable.. If you want quiet and peace away from home and away from people this is the place to go and relax. The best thing about Crytsal River Lullaby B&B are rhe people who own and run the place. They are truly customer focused. The breakfasts were superb with latin european fusion and even gluten -free. The service is amazing. The B&B is close to nice local restaurants that have delicious fish and crustaceans dinners. Also the place lots of hiking trails, fishing and boating. Also just around the corner in Inverness you can get to over 40 mile paved cycling paths. We were in this neighborhood for the first time and this place provided us with a peaceful place to stay. What an amazing weekend we had! Teresa and Daniel are great hosts. Our room was very spacious. Super comfy bed, very clean and good smell white linens, fluffy towels, small chocolate bites and the bathroom toiletries... Perfect hospitality🙂 The breakfast was super delicious and tasty 🙂 And the breakfast host was an adorable white cat😍 who helped us eat our breakfast... OMG! We loved her🥰 The surrounding area, the nature, the wildlife, the birds, the sunrise... a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the mother nature. We definitely loved the whole place! 😍

What a fabulous place - a beautiful quiet waterfront location, with lovely hosts and exquisite and very original homemade breakfasts. Set in a very rural backwater, but with some nice bars / restaurants close by. The room was spacious and well equipped

There was nice seating with a view up on the screened balcony, but the seating outside in the grounds was not quite so inviting and could do with updating. We understand this is still a work in progress

We really enjoyed kayaking. I had a kayak and my friend had his own kayak. We also got to ride bikes too . The home cooked breakfast was scrumptious! Really liked the Tango themed room with its very comfortable king size bed and spacious walk in shower. The room had its own little fridge too. Also, they had tango music to listen to on the record/CD player. Very quiet and secluded, but yet not far from town or restaurants. Got to love on their kitty cats which made us feel welcomed. The owners always responded to our texts immediately. Will be going back!

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like.

Lullaby is a beautiful piece of property. It’s secluded and peaceful. The owners go out of their way to make sure that you have a great stay.

The only complaint that I have I about this property is the placement of the toilet paper roll in the bathroom in the Tango room. Might want to think about moving it to the other side so it is in side front of you instead of having to turn around to reach it.

This is an extraordinary location! Specially if you have a small boat, kayak, etc... We were able to see dolphins in front of the property and other guests even saw a Florida Panther!! New owners Teresa and Daniel have amazing customer service! You won't believe the breakfast they prepare for you! Thank you.

Suggestions for improvement would be to soundproof and declutter rooms.

We loved everything! The room was big and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. There was a Keurig and small frig. The view from our room and the back patio area was amazing. Daniel, Teresa, Christopher, and Martina made us feel special and very welcome. We purchased fun merchandise and souvenirs from their homeland of Argentina. Cannot wait to return and just relax. But, next time we will do some fishing too. The most incredible thing is that Daniel and Teresa went above and beyond in meeting our diabetic needs. I even got a sugar-free birthday cake!!!

Wonderful B&B by the water with kayaks to explore the area. Thematic and beautiful rooms with all amenities and gourmet coffee, outstanding tasty breakfast and best of all the most fantastic hosts. Beautiful views and sunrise from the veranda. We loved every minute and felt at home the minute we arrived.

Leaving is hard but knowing that we will be back is something we look forward to.

The B&B is beautifully located on the river side, with magnificent views over the water and the surroundings. I could order a cold platter of delicious Argentinian food (including cheese), and a great bottle of Argentinian wine. It was a way better option than driving to a nearby restaurant. The owners are amazingly sweet and helpful. The home-cooked breakfast was both excellent and abundant.
