The motel was an older motel, but the room was very clean. The air conditioning was kinda loud but it worked well. The rooms should have ceiling fans in them. Even though the air conditioner kept the room cool, it became stuffy with no circulation of the air. I brought my own portable fan for just this purpose. You guys advertised a continental breakfast with the purchase, but when we got there, there was no breakfast. A closer look at my receipt did indicate no breakfast included, but the brochure did indicate a breakfast was included. Not a big deal.

The water pressure in the room vas very low. Hardly no pressure at all in the bathroom sink.

Check in was smooth, our room was clean, we loved the pool area and access to the beach. This hotel has a restaurant on the first floor where we get our breakfast and it's open to the public. We were about a 30 min walk from Daytona boardwalk, driving less than 10 mins (finding parking is hard and pay to partly is expensive at some spots) Pool has a hot tub, 10 ft deep pool, and a kid splash area for little ones.

Our water pressure was not that good (recent reviews say the same thing) Our shower door was off track. They give you a $10 limit for breakfast, if you go over you have to pay (for exam the waffles are $11, so you will owe $1) it's still normal hotel breakfast foods, made the same was as if you were to stay at a hotel that offers buffet style.

Location was good, restaurant very enjoyable and staff polite and helpful For the value we chose, our stay was still enjoyable!

Wifi was only available in lobby area causing some issues-should have been stated on website. Beach access not fixed yet, was also not stated, so 200ft from beach isn't accurate. Also pictures of some areas were taken, of course, to make them look way larger than actual~was a surprise to see how small when we entered lobby.

Breakfast was great. Location was great.

Water pressure very low. No kitchenware in kitcchen.

The food from the restaurant on site was good and the pool was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for a late checkout. It has a beautiful entrance to the beach right next to the pool that we used multiple times. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The room we stayed in did have a few issues. Bed wasn’t clean and the outlets were barley working. The door to where the fridge was broken.

everything was great! we were so pleased the beach access was open! the pool area had tons of seating and different activities. the indoor/outdoor restaurant had good food. beds were decent. the room actually felt bigger than I thought it would be. and balcony on the beach?! what’s not to love! lots of secured access points to get to room easily depending on where you parked.

parking was a little cramped.

Breakfast was SO DELICIOUS.Nothing like we thought we was going to get, we wasn’t sure about paying extra but so glad we did nothing like other nasty hotel food . ANDRE was our waiter And he was super nice very friendly and was very attentive! He also spoke to my children and interacted with them. All STAFF WAS Nice we did not get rude service at all! Always MAKE SURE YOU GET OCEANFRONT ROOMS!! LOVED SEEING THE OCEAN FROM OUR ROOM

They should upgrade the kids splash area and the arcade room. The splash is super tiny and only has 2 things that splashed water and one didn’t work .. need better comforter sheets and pillows

Breakfast was paid with the room for adults (basic hotel breakfast) and kids ate free (free seemed to be for Breakfast only as we had to pay for dinner). We were on the top floor and loved the beach view.

Parking is limited on the property, however they do have a small lot across the street. The elevator is slow so be prepared.

Inside of room was excellent...clean and large King size suite. View of ocean was lovely however the balcony looked down on a beach-side parking lot. Was not happy about that. Breakfast was good.

Would have preferred to be located on the other side of building that overlooked the pool area. Breakfast was included for extra $10/per day per person, however could not use that credit towards other items on menu.

Friendly staff, quick check in, right next to the beach, resturant/bar inside hotel.

There was no working wifi in the rooms, we weren't informed until I called the front desk to get the password. As much as this place costs, there should be wifi everywhere.
