The uniqueness. We booked the Penthouse and it was fantastic, happy wife, happy husband. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the ocean through the palm trees. What you see on the website is exactly what you get, could not be better. The short walk from our room to the ocean was perfect. If you don't like crowded resorts this place is for you. The swimming pool was great, very clean and you practically had it to yourself.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

We loved this hotel so much. We wanted something more charming then a generic hotel and this place was perfect. The room we had was very beautiful, equipped with a kitchen to cook our meals and had an ocean view. Right outside the hotel we saw multipe dolphins swimming very close to shore which was so magical. It was an amazing location 5 min drive from the boardwalk/center and close to restaurants, grocery stores and more. If we are ever in daytona again we Will definitely be back to this special hotel.

Everything. It was perfect.

The only thing is when you come up from the beach, there is no lock on the gate. We saw a lot of people that wasn’t even staying there come up and get in the pool and get on the property. We ran alot of them off. It needs a lock that has a code that only people staying there have

Everything! The small 8 room, vip feel to the place. The amazingly comfortable bed. The check in. No front desk! Awesome!! Put in the code, grab and key and relax. The pave stones on the drive way was also a very nice touch that really enhances the arrival...and the 7 ft. pool with ocean view. Unbelievably nice and romantic stay!!!

Not a thing. Really loved everything! Maybe if there was a convenient store or restaurant a tad closer, but that's it.

This resort is small and very comfortable and clean!! Staff contacted us early via text to let us know how to check in and were very responsive. Loved that there was tea and coffee in the room with agave nectar to sweeten! Everything we needed was there! And the most beautiful sunrises!! Stayed in the penthouse suite and it was very spacious with a kitchen. Simply wonderful!!

Location was perfect and the patio and pool area was so relaxing and peaceful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Look forward to visiting again in the future!! Overall 10/10

No onsite trailer parking - we traveled with a motorcycle in tow, but the property manager was very helpful, and we were able to park our trailer across the street for a fee.

The location was convenient. Access to the beach was excellent. The property was quiet which is what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary.

Everything was fine; however, the parking lot is small. This did not negatively impact us at all.

It is a beautiful facility, family owned, clean and quiet. It has officially become our “go to” place to stay when we visit Daytona. Can’t wait to go back!

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Maybe the fact that we didn’t get to stay longer. We certainly will next time.

Amazing room, accommodations, ambiance, and appliances offered - thus making the stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I had one small issue with the cable working and within minutes it was resolved via the property manager and direct communication from the property owner. Not only were they helpful and resolved my issue, but their attitude was exceptional and friendly and it's hard to put into words how much that's worth in todays world. Would visit again!
