Access to the ocean and the view from our room ( once I cleaned our window). Easy access to the pool and the cleanliness of the pool.

Not enough parking for the number of rooms. Tight turnaround and at times had to back completely out to the street. Our bedding smelled musty. I purchased air freshener and window cleaner. After spraying the bedding, the smell was less noticable. I cleaned our window which made our view amazing from our room.

The room was pretty big and comfortable with a fridge, WIFI, large TV and modern AC unit. The hotel is in a Great location if you want the beach and is close to some attractions and shops, although far enough away from the main drag to not be loud at night.

The room was a bit dated and the bathroom especially could be renovated, although it all worked. There is a security deposit of $50 cash which is returned at the end of the stay, but be aware if you pay this by card the hotel will keep $10 as an "admin fee".

I believe it time for remodel and update facility. looked run down and room were nice but again needs updated. Better parking spots

Room is right on the beach, LOVED the view! Pool area has tables with umbrellas, very roomy. Room we were in the A/C quit working and they got us into a room with a working one then next day put us in another room and they were so nice and were on top of anything and everything we needed! They were Awesome!

Location, design of the exterior was nice, nice parking spot, and the staff was wonderful!

The interior design was outdated. Would have been nice without the carpet when you come in all sandy.

Great place to stay. Owners and staff very accommodating and pleasant. Nice folks. Have stayed there multiple times. Will again.

Close to beach like right in your backyard it was perfect loved it will be coming here again that's for sure.

quite a few things broken in the room (lamp, outside porch), very expensive for a basic small type of room

The staff were amazing and are always so kind and understanding when I come to visit Daytona. The rates are always low and precise. I know I'll be taken well cared of everytime I book with them 🙂
