We have been to Perrys many times and we love it! Nice family atmosphere and they are always renovating and upkeeping the facilities! Such a great property, even with the hurricane damage as all the hotels beachside at Daytona have suffered, Perry's still has all their great amenities and fantastic big rooms!! We will continue to back again and again!

I have always stayed at Perry's when I go to Daytona. Disappointed to find out the pool wasn't working and all the damage to the property that has not been repaired.

Only first arrive everything was great but they put us in a room with only a shower and we have a 8 month old baby that was very hard to deal with the floors were nasty but I'll assume it was from all the sand coming in did ask for them to mop the floor and they did no problem went to the front desk the next day and told him that we needed a room with a tub they greatly changed us Three Doors Down with a nice room good view bunk beds for the kids pull out couch and a bathtub it made our stay wonderful thank you so much for being so understanding my family has been coming here since I was 5 years old I'm 53 now my mother and father brought us here many times during my childhood now I bring my children and my grandchildren thank you for being such a great place. We love you with all our heart and hope to see you soon

The only thing we didn't care for was the pools it was really cold but that's nor here than there I could have swore the indoor pool used to be more heated but the hot tub was nice and warm and we played in it a lot

The access to the beach and a grocery store made it an easy beach bum day. Our oceanfront view and patio were amazing. We woke up early the first morning to see the sunrise. The smell of freshly made donuts in the hallways made the mornings pleasant. Javonnique reached out to ensure our stay was enjoyable. All 3 pools were available and clean.

They were in the middle of major renovations, so some of the parking was blocked off. They do have overflow parking across the street. The speed limit is only 35 mph so it wasn't a big deal to cross back to the resort. But people with families it could be a drop off situation to make life a little easier. The walls are thin but our neighbors were self aware enough to keep volumes down.

Everything. The view was phenomenal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger and nicer than expected. Also the small kitchen was absolutely great for our 9 day stay

Noone came by for the 1st 4 days for towels, toiletries, or to clean the room. I had to contact someone to get this done. Also we had a relative fly in on the 18th for the race and we were told by front desk that we needed to pay$10 for him to park in the overflow through 6pm the next day. This was fine and we paid it. The next day we went to the race and got back late. We went to the front desk to pay so he wouldn't be towed be a use he was going to stay the night and get on the road next morning. The front desk told us they don't do that anymore and he would be ok parking on the road across the street. What changed in 1 day? One day we get charged 10 dollars and next "we don't do that anymore"...

Hottub smelled funny and the pool closest to my room was closed understanding so would have been nice to know when booking my room also would have been nice to know it would cost me 300 bucks to bring my 20 pound dog I understand pet deposit but pet fee is just a way to rip you for 300 more bucks my dog caused no damage to room and we cleaned up after ourself 300 dollars should be returned

Love the location in Daytona Beach Shores! Love the 3 pools and oceanfront rooms. Like the free homemade donuts every morning!

Too many guests disobey the No Smoking rules. Some guests were smoking on their balconies, in the outside and interior pools, in the elevators and even Marijuana. The management of Perry's needs to begin asking these guests to vacate the property to set an example. When I search for hotels and they are listed as a Non-Smoking resort, that means 100% of the property and 100% of the time!

The location of the property was amazing. The indoor pool and hot tub was perfect for the rain. The staff was amazing.

The staff text us throughout this day to make sure that we didn't need anything and if we needed anything they made sure that it was sent up to the room within minutes the hotel was very clean even though it is an older hotel the staff make you forget about the Hotel Being, The, Order, Hotel those are the hurricane the outside and beach access was still under construction but overall this day was amazing and I will be returning in the summer

We LOVED the oceanfront view, the indoor pool and hot tub, the availability of the Tiki Bar, and the easy access to the beach even with some destruction from the hurricane. The rooms were beautiful and the room service (for towels/toilet paper/blanket, when needed, was amazing!! We also loved the extra little room with the bunk beds for our teenage boys, and they even had their own amazing view of the ocean!!

There was nothing we didn’t like.
