We had an amazing stay. We went for the 4th of July and Patty at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She helped us make our stay a trip we will always remember. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was also very kind and helpful. They also have a wonderful hotel cat that greets you and gives you tips on how to relax and nap. Overall I am very pleased with our stay and how kind everyone was. Will definitely come back!

I know they are going through some renovations after the back to back hurricanes. I don’t hold this against them at all because we didn’t hear any construction during our stay. I know when everything is fixed it’ll be an even better experience.

It was quiet and peaceful right on the beach everybody was friendly except for the lady in the front office I don't think she understands a joke might need to work on her sense of humor. Love the fact that you can cook your own food or grill nice to have a kitchen. Very relaxing definitely would come back hopefully when we do everything will be finished getting fixed.

The storm blew off the axis to the beach so you had to walk around and down that was no problem sucky part was there was no pool I mean they have a pool but I guess it's being repaired from the storm as well just kind of stinks when you have four boys that love the water but we enjoyed the beach instead the hotel rooms are a little outdated but at least it was very clean.

This hotel is located right on the beach with easy access. It is close to a number of museums and restaurants. The TV had a number of premium channels so we were able to watch our regular shows and sports. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed eating outside in the courtyard.

The internet connection was poor so we could not stream on our devices. Due to the hurricane the pool was not accessible and they did not have access to any other pools nearby.

The room was more than we expected. Quite large, full refrigerator, stove top, kitchen sink, cooking utensils, etc. Plus, ocean view from the front door and the back patio!

The location was perfect right on the beach. No car needed. They had lots of chairs and grills and outside space

The room had plenty of space for all of us, comfortable beds and was very clean. The staff was great, they were friendly and helpful. Landscaping was great and the courtyard was well maintained.

When I booked this place on the bases of being directly on the beach with beach access and a pool it should have been disclosed that that the beach access and pool had been destroyed by the hurricane and were currently closed. I ended up renting an additional room at the Holiday Inn so my kids could swim and we could have direct access to the beach, and we just kept the room at Ocean Court to sleep in.

A nice "mom and pop" type feel. Didnt have a lot of obnoxious people or loud cars outside, the room was well kept, it didnt smell bad, the campus was clean. It had a small fridge, a small kitchen sink, drying rack, dishes, a stove, small table, and a chest of draws with a mirror. Bathroom was tight but enough room to move around. It was 2 minutes from the Winn-Dixie grocery store and has backside access right on the beach!!!! A hidden gem, will visit again!

The only thing that was notable was parking was a bit tight (small lot) and the bathroom window was difficult to open for air circulation (WD40?)

The office attendant was very clear, thorough, and courteous. Our room was very nice, set up in a practical and functional way. We had a balcony that was furnished with 2 chairs and small table. There was a kitchenette with small stove, microwave , refrigerator, coffee pot.

There was no coffee to brew in the coffee pot. Very strange for a hotel to have the coffee pot in the room but not have coffee in the room. There aren't any places in comfortable walking distance for food/coffee. Plenty within 10 min drive. Only gas station in walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and quite cozy. Could tell several updates had been done. The facility was well kept and clean. The courtyard was beautiful even with the fountain off. Beach access would have been excellent if not still dealing with damage from hurricanes. Could tell the pool area was at one time very nice and enjoyable.

Was disappointed to see the damage from hurricanes. Would have been nice to see this place at full operation with the pool area and beach access operating normally.

Excellent daily housekeeping. Each day I would return to my room in the evening it felt like I had just walked into a fresh new squiky clean room.

The pool/hot tubs were out of commission on the property due to damage from last year's hurricane. They did however offer these services at their other site, but that was a drive away and I didn't have a car.
