Room and location fantastic.

Booked and stayed the same day. This hotel was chosen as it had a pool on the beach however when we arrived (10 minutes after booking it), we found the pool and pool area closed for refurbishment and unavailable although this was not mentioned in the booking.

The location was great. Breakfast was hot and delicious. They had many different options to choose from. The pool area was nice. Oceanfront & close to other places for shopping & restaurants. Beautiful view of the river/city. Elevators were quick & quiet. Check-in/out process was also quick & easy. Staff was good overall with quick response times to our needs.

There wasn’t an oceanfront labeling when I booked the room so I was sad to realize that our King Suite wasn’t oceanfront nor had a balcony. For the money we paid, hours that we traveled, & days that we spent there, the oceanfront/balcony would’ve been great to have. The elevators were also rather small. They also seemed stingy with the linens. I called down for more & I was asked how many guests did I have?! I felt that was super inappropriate because it’s apparent that being beachside, we would probably wash more often throughout the 3 days that we were there. I assume that some people don’t wash at all!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good.

Our room was next to the air conditioning units and very loud on and off all through the night which was bothersome. We also did not like that the bathroom did not have an entrance for from the living room so those sleeping in the fold out couch had to enter the bedroom to use in the middle of the night. Other than that it is very nice.

Location was great, staff was really nice, beach was easy to access, elevator was pretty fast which was cool

They shut off the little rinse shower after pool hours so if you walk the beach you can’t rinse your feet before going back inside.

My family and I love absolutely everything about this property. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of and we were happy. housekeeping was amazing. They kept cleaning and making sure everything was sanitize and clean throughout our stay. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful with anything we wanted to know or needed .

The pool area was very clean the breakfast set up was very nice . We needed some extra towels and yes we needed a plunger and room service got it to us asap. Ty

I thought I booked a Ocean View I guess you can stick your head out the side of the building and look and still see the ocean but I thought the Ocean View would be that you just look straight out of your balcony straight at the ocean . But it still was all good time.

I liked that the young man at the front desk Thomas was so good about helping US we were supposed to stay 2 nights but could only stay One due to a death in the family our reservation was supposed to be nonrefundable but he got us a refund for the one Day he went above and beyond his duty thank you so very much

Location was excellent. Great access to the beach with a nice out door swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Carpet inside the suite need changing.

We liked the room and comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing in both quality/quantity. We also liked having a kitchen. The room and property were superb in cleanliness. This is a beautiful hotel!

We missed having access to the pool. It was being worked on.
