Liked everything about it - location, staff, amenities. It's a small hotel but have all you might need - breakfast, pool, terrace to relax, laundry. Room was bigger than most hotel rooms. Felt very comfortable. Super clean. Everything in room (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge) in perfect condition. Comfortable beds. I have stayed in higher-end hotels (and paid almost double) and wasn't as comfortable as in Park Central. Definitely be back

It was around 3 and a half years since I last stayed here when I was last on holiday from the UK, I was pleasantly surprised to find the same blonde lady still there & she was every bit as friendly and welcoming as I last remembered. I usually stay for just a night but I always find this hotel to be very nice. I would personally put a few dollars on the per night price & provide a better breakfast offering or maybe get rid of the pool & use that saving for a breakfast upgrade, beach is minutes down the road so pool isn't really an essential. Other than that you got it perfect guys an thank you 😊

I really liked the fact that my room opened up to a rooftop terrace. What a nice surprise! And I liked that there was a whole separate kitchen area on our floor.for ice, vending machine, etc. As a woman, I really appreciated that there was a full-length mirror in the room. That is always a must for me, so thank you. And, Michelle, who checked us into the hotel is fantastic! What a warm, welcoming, bubbly personality. I knew instantly, I was in good hands.

I wish there was a small safe in the room for valuables. I wish there was more than one trash can (bathroom only). And I wish our hotel room door extended all the way to the floor so that light from the hallway would not shine in.

We staid for 3 nights. The room that was given to us the first night was very noisy close to the road and giving on the parking so not the best location. The next day after asking the staff granted us another room, identical size and equipment, on the second floor without any discussion that was then much more enjoyable. The free light continental breakfast provided was not expected on our side but much appreciated, especially on the nice terrace, that unfortunately but understandably, closes at 10pm. Reasonable walk to the beach and to the old Naples center.

Just our first room that was probably the worst of the hotel only because of its location.

The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, the Ac was set to cool before we got in the room, was very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was sufficient. I liked the hardwood floors, much better than carpet. The room was bright and inviting. We don't eat much in the mornings so the light Continental breakfast perfect. Perfect distance to the down town and the beach to walk.

There was a few ants but everything was clean, we weren't bothered by them. Everything else perfect, no other complaints.

We were surprised by the really attentive staff, and comfortable rooms. It's close to several coffee shops and not far from the main toursit areeas. I walked to the beach and old town - but I think most would prefer to drive. (See photos of beach) As a vegan I very pleased that they had apple sauce and instant oatmeal for breakfast along with the regular cereal/coffee/juice/optarts. At most motel breakfasts there is not much to eat for someone on a plant based diet.

We were greeted warmly, she provided us with more coffee because we used most of what we had when we got to the room. We were all set for morning. We did not do breakfast there; we were meeting friends.

The bed was awful. I don't think I slept much. It was as hard as a rock and I recommend replacing any of them asap. A person traveling needs a good night sleep and unless they are used to a very hard bed they won't get any. It did not budged when I got in or give way at all when I tried to move. Please, that would be a deal breaker for me and there is no way you know until it is to late. Otherwise the whole experience was wonderful.

Brilliant hotel, half a mile from 5th Avenue and Tin City, on the Tamiami Trail. Lovely staff on reception, and the cleaning staff were great too. The location is in striking distance of the main tourist area, so walkable if required. The room was superb, we had a room on the second floor, which had direct access on to the roof terrace. The pool was very good too, but with little shade, was somewhat exposed on a summer afternoon. Plenty of parking. It is difficult to find fault with this hotel, within the beautiful City of Naples. Great stay.

We rented 3 double rooms (family of 7) which were super large, the pool area was nice and there is free parking on the premises. The hotel has a rooftop with tables and chairs where we had a picnic in the evening. Although they don't call it a breakfast, you can have tea and coffee, cereals, muffins and pop tarts on a self-service format which is included in the room rate and which is way enough to start the day!

The room was spacious and clean. We had a problem with our first room but the staff was quick to transfer us to a different one! Nice big terrace where you could play tennis or relax in the sun. The pool is not that big but it does the job! 5 minutes walk from the main streets and about 15 till the beach.

Breakfast is more like a coffee and a snack. But it's free so no need to complain!
