The room is spacious and the staff is friendly. The check-in was quick and all information was provided. I didn't have breakfast but it seemed to be pretty nice. The location is also good. I would go back.

The room was very updated, and we could feel the smell of old. The bed was not much comfortable too. Maybe the hotel need to refurbish their rooms. Besides that facts, the hotel was ok, maybe a little overpriced but as all hotels in Naples.

The room was very good and very confortable. The bed was also very good. The only thing I did not like too much was the breakfast. There was no bread for breakfast and every day we had the same food as the day before, I little bit boring.

Pool could be bigger, beter.

Theres alot people can try to say about furniture being worn out or rust in the tub listen this place will update eventually but it not about the material things its about making memories in a hotel that is exceptionally family friendly and where customer service is awesome! Me and my family had an amazing time that the maintenance needs to clean the rust around the faucet and tub but everything is else from the front desk to the stay pool and all AMAZING!!!

The rust around the tub faucet and the wall paper is a bit outdated and the patio furniture from the pool a bit dirty the janitors need to clean up more but other than that it was doable we managed

Everything.... The Area the pool and hot tub was awesome. Great restaurants just moment away.

My wife and I have stated at this location several times last year and we have been coming back the main reason we have been coming back and revisiting it's the atmosphere it is always been pleasant the rooms are always clean and staff was very professional and very respectful and the last time we was there they actually had the breakfast buffet open and had an attendant that served the hot food so that we were able to get a hot breakfast and that was very appreciative and as a matter of fact my wife and I are getting ready to book for another weekend because It's our get away spot so I will highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice clean pleasant experience

This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here and let me tell you this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Naples it’s super nice comfy and everyone is super nice

The pool, the commodity of having everything close

The staff is super friendly, helpful and amazing! They help you find things to do in the area and also give you coupons. The free breakfast is amazing. The hotel is so clean and the grounds are kept nice and clean.
