The hotel is in an ideal location for touring around the South Western Florida area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was a great size and very clean. There was also plenty to choose from in the breakfast menu each day.

Only the fact that our room overlooked the US 41 Highway. The hotel is set back from the road, but the noise was quite off-putting. However, I’m sure you could request a room that faces in a different direction. We managed seven nights, so overall not too bad.

We liked that each couple in our party had their own king suite. We liked having the kitchen facilities, free hotel washing machines and dryers. Pool wasn't all that fancy but nice, really liked having the pool bar. Staff were all friendly and responsive.

The entryway to the hotel is dated and tired, not a great first impression. Rooms were of good size, beds were a little firm. Some of the rooms in our block of four weren't as updated as others.

The breakfast was legit. Eggs, bacon or ham, potatoes, waffles cereal fruit etc. Scotty was always there and attentive ready to fill requests and he kept the buffet well stocked. Plenty of good food and options for everyone. The soap and shampoos were top notch...Watkins? products. Very top quality. The free happy hour at the poolside bar was terrific. We met some fun people. The place is dog friendly too. 3 woofs for that!

The bed was not even queen sized. I slept on the foldout bed. Other than that the room was great! Plenty of room with a little kitchenette. With all of that space, a larger bed would only be appropriate.

We were generally satisfied. Excellent location, convenient to restaurants, laudermilk beach, well kept.

There were occasional crawling insects in our bathroom and kitchen. We complained several times however housekeeping was unable to control. One desk person who we complained to said "this is Florida". That was unacceptable. Otherwise we had no complaints.

Breakfast was amazing! Hot buffet with variety and even evening food perks on Mon/Tue/Wed. large pool with many sun loungers.

Mattress on bed needs a topper. soft pull out sofa bed was terrible unless you like sleeping on springs.

Excellent location. Loved the outdoor bar and pool. The bartenders Eric and Chris we're great.

I know is getting a facelift in June I think. I like the outside bar not sure if that's staying. The couch bed needed a new mattress, very stained. Having a restaurant will be better.

we liked the cleanliness and the pool area. the room was nice. breakfast was really good.

we wish the whole bathroom was a room with a door. the sink and counter was outside the bathroom door. also the bathroom fan was really loud. the bathroom light and fan used the same switch, it would be nice if the light and fan switches were separate.

Room was a decent size with pretty much all amenities: stove, microwave, oven, big refrigerator, plates, cups and silverware. No annoying housekeeping visits every day. Good size clean pool. Bar for adults. Good location, not far from the beach and downtown Naples.

The furniture in the room is a bit outdated even though it is pretty comfy. Some outlets do not hold the plug. Breakfast was pretty basic with not that many choices.

Pool area and Bar are terrific. Erick was a great bartender, very friendly. Breakfast was good, no food sold at the bar but you can purchase food or have it delivered to hotel. Property is very laid back and having the free laundry near our room to wash all our wet clothes was a great bonus.

Wish there was a restaurant on site.

We rented a studio to have a kitchen in the hotel. The studio was nice and had everything we needed, even so the kitchen was quite small it was enough to prepare some basic meals. the location of the hotel was ok, its not right by the beach but you can rent bikes in the hotel and cycle to the beach in like 15 mins. The staff was friendly and there was an option to use the washing machine and dryer for free. It has a pool and a pool bar.

The pool was constantly filled with loud screaming kids, that would splash water at us while sitting in the jacuzzi and the parents wouldn't dare to tell their kids to behave. maybe there could be a policy that at certain hours there are no kids allowed at the pool or at least the hotel staff could tell the parents to make sure their kids behave.
